Fantastic to work with. My home with a 6-year old system is struggling to cool the house completely. He told me that my unit was too large and that my duct work was designed terribly by the previous owner. He offered great alternative solutions to get my temperature to a comfortable level without having to replace the whole system which will be needed at some point. No upselling like I kept getting from others. He was here for 50 minutes diagnosing and trouble shooting to help with my current situation. Highly recommend and when the time comes to replace my system I'll be giving them a call for sure.

Matt was excellent. He was very respectful and clean. He didn’t have the filters but came by the next day and left some on our porch! Most importantly, he fixed the issue of a tripping breaker which was important as we were leaving on a trip! Great Job!

I have used the fine folks at Bernie Hartung twice now and won't go anywhere else. Most recently, I had a system replaced and didn't even both shopping around. Wonderful, honest people who do exactly what they say. And they file all the warranty paperwork for you, a small detail that cost me a lot of money (when a previous HVAC contractor didn't do that). Highly recommend!
