This is the kind of 5 star service we saw our parents receive. An actual owner looking forward with regard to client care and longevity. Somehow this company has preserved excellent prices but with the most up to date technology and services anyone could hope for. They have figured out how do it right for the employee and the customer. Perfection and a great example for others, exceptional in every way. New unit installed within 12 hours of first call and at a great price, Mike and his professional team are outstanding, you will not be disappointed.

Just had the second furnace and ductwork system installed by Bernie Hartung & Associates. My first house needed a new furnace and they recommended relocating the system to the attic. They did such great work and used a quality system, that I knew I wanted to use them again. The gas bill at my former home was low, and I know the new high-efficiency gas furnace will keep bills lower in the older home I just purchased. The install crew is courteous, efficient, and great at what they do. I highly recommend Hartung!

Jessica, the woman that handles appointments and scheduling was an absolute joy to work with… very personable and pleasant. The gentleman that came out to look at my HVAC unit (unfortunately, I don’t remember his name) was also extremely nice and knowledgeable… he figured out the problem right away and had my system back up and working in no time! I would definitely use them again!

We’ve had both a ductless system and a traditional ducted HVAC system installed by the Bernie Hartung company. Fantastic work, great communication, respectful of our needs, and obvious care for their clients. We will always use Bernie Hartung for our HVAC installations or repairs.

Needed a replacement humidifier for our heating system. They came over and assessed our needs and gave me a detailed explanation of what they would have to do for replacement. The next day I was called with a very reasonable quote. They said I could call them back if I wanted them to do the work but I told them no need, I approved the work now. Working on our schedule they were able to install it in 4 hours. It looks great and is working great. Although it is the end of heating season I can already tell the difference in humidity.

Had a new AC and heat pump installed. Job came and went smoothly, no complaints at all! Team arrived on time, got straight to work and even finished the job with a few hours to spare from the allotted time window. Team verified everything worked with the new system before calling it complete. Very professional business, will not hesitate to use them again in the future for any heating and cooling needs. Very pleased!
