Tremendous! Installers arrived 5 minutes before appointed time and got right to work taking out the old system, then installing the new system. The crew of 3 men were extremely professional and efficient doing the whole job, work was done quietly and when completed they did a great job of clean up and remove all of old equipment from our premises. Upon completion they took time to explain the system and the new thermostat. I would recommend Bernie Hartung and Associates to anyone looking for a new HVA System, especially Mike Hartung who was extremely caring and easy to work with, Excellent!

Really appreciated the same day service without any up selling. The problem was diagnosed quickly and part was ordered; tech came back a few hours later to replace faulty switch.

Discovered my upstairs AC was not working right as I went to bed. 81 degrees in my bedroom! Not cool. I called Bernie Hartung the next morning. and they had someone out the same day to fix my AC. The tech was professional, polite, well spoken and did the work quickly. Great service. Technicians have worked for company for long time and say they love working for a company with a lot of integrity that seeks to do what is best for the customer. They were very professional, explained what they were doing, sought my feedback prior to considering the job complete.

He replaced the igniter and changed out a filter. Gave lots of info on my system and what can be expected over time. Very nice and professional.

I would highly recommend Bernie Hartung & Associates. They replaced the HVAC system in an old building where the furnace was located under the floor and the A/C unit on top of the roof. The techs did an amazing job. The whole system was installed and up and running within two days of my call. The workroom where they installed the furnace was left spotless. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

They were very clear and explained everything well. I appreciated knowing all the options and not being upsold to something I don't need.
