    Cair came out to do a large remodel for me. There were delays in construction and they hounded me for final payment claiming they would come back and finish the project even if it was paid in full ahead of time. The owner himself spoke to me and assured me that he does business the right way and would complete the job.

    I was given the run around when I called to have them come back out for final review of the systems and to put vent covers on. Finally, one of the staff members called me back to tell me the owner refused to come out and complete the work even though one of the managers wanted to. I’ve since discovered several of the units were installed incorrectly and at least one was not event vented.

    I’m currently gathering bills of new hvac people I’ve had to hire to correct the issues and intend to take legal action. In the meantime I’ll put out this PSA, do NOT use Cair Air

    So far so good with quality of product but it just was just completed 30-45 minutes ago. However as far as service goes it was impeccable. Very professional, friendly and informative.
    Alex and Brett were prompt, very knowledgeable with what they were doing, went straight to work and operated well as a team to complete it before predicted completion time. They went over everything at end, and ensured we had Chris's contact information if we had any questions or concerns after their departure. Awesome gentlemen and great assets for your company. Very impressed with them. You would be proud with the way these two represent your company......thanks

    Chris with Cair did an amazing job making sure that we got our new system installed in a timely, efficient manner. The workers were polite and informative. The job was completed in one day and the clean up was spotless. We would recommend them to everyone.

    The technicians Alex and Brett showed up right at 8 and began working. Was told the install would take up to 8 hours, but they were completely finished in 4. They cleaned everything up, were professional and explained how to use the new thermostat before leaving.

    So I get a nasty call from this business saying they didn't get payment for a sevice on 1/27. I explain I signed and gave my card at the time of service. She claims the tech didnt take any payments from anyone and that is why the person was fired. So as a reasonable person I tell this ignorant and loud woman that I need to check with my bank to be sure nothing has been charged all ready because I gave the guy my card. Then she says that couldnt have happened because he didnt have a card reader for the company...so how can you blame him for not getting payment if you NEVER gave him the device. I explain I recall paying and say if I check with my bank and it hasnt been withdrawaled I will submit payment. This ignorant woman raises her voice screaming that I didn't pay. I ask her doesn't she think its weird if some random person calls 2 months after a service, claims this person never took payments from anyone and they are JUST NOW REALUZING THIS. On the news they talked about scammers. If I were you I wouldn't use this business. The guy was here for 5 minutes, which I though was weird. Now I have to have another company come out and check that anything was done
    Because if this is how they run a business there is no way they hire competent people. Not to mention having to have my bank account number changed since my card was in fact scanned.
    She then emails an imvoice with my signature which confirms I signed before I paid. Dishonest company

    The Cair Team was so professional and responsive when we were looking for a new HVAC system. We received personalized service by an expert and were able to get a fantastic product in a very very reasonable time. We would highly recommend Cair Heating & Cooling.

    UPDATE, I GOT A CALL CLAIMING BUDDY NEVER TOOK PAYMENT FROM ANY OF THE PEOPLE HE SERVICED SO HE WAS FIRED. THEN SHE SAYS I WOKE 60 DOLLARS, WHICH I POINT OUT I SIGNED AND PAID MY BILL. THIS IS A VERY DISHONEST COMPANY. THE LADY WAS RUDE, AND VERY BELIGERENT FOR WHAT IS OBVIOUSLY A ERROR ON THEIR PART. I AM CONTACTING THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE BECAUSE WHAT KIND OF ACCOUNTING IS TAKING PLACE FOR A BUSINESS TO GO 2 MONTHS WITH NO PAYMENTS FROM ANY TECHS SERVICE??? I do not recomment this business. 3/28I called yesterday and was able to get an appointment the very next day for a tune up. My technician Buddy called me at 10 to confirm my 12pm appt. He was courtesy and professional. He arrived at 12pm and did a great job explaining everything. My system is old and every time I get an Hvac person they tell me I need a new one, even though mine works fine. Buddy was honest and didnt say that, which made me trust that when it's time, this is the company I will call for an honest opinion. Thanks Buddy.

    Audrey was seriously amazing she got my AC unit working and did everything she could to fix it. You are lucky to have her as an employee
