I had some major A/C problems going on. Jason Kittle came to help. He was on time, very polite, and didn't leave any mess. He assured me he was not going to leave until he knew he wouldn't have to come back (except for maintenance, of course). 5 STARS - Thanks Jason!!

Cair was awesome. Very professional from the salesman coming to our house to the install we have had a great experience and will deffinatly use again.

Our second floor HVAC unit wasn't heating or cooling all the bedrooms very well. We had a couple other companies come out first, but no one was able to recommend a reasonable solution. The consultant from Cair was professional and knowledgeable and was quickly able to determine the cause of our problem. The 2nd floor system was originally installed with insufficient air return. He recommend adding a couple additional return lines in specific places - a relatively simple and inexpensive solution. The upstairs comfort level was significantly improved and utility bills have decreased because the system doesn't have to run as much anymore. I would recommend Cair for your HVAC needs.

Company had a fast response to a warranty call. The tech Jason Kittle came out, worked late to thorough check our unit and make sure it was running smoothly. Very appreciated.

My HVAC broke late this night. Out of all the companies I called, CAIR was able to come and get us squared away on a Sunday. The tech was friendly and knowledgable. He called ahead. Great company!

Company try charge me $105.00 to pull a new permit so I could get a inspection sticker (which I never got in first place) to receive my rebate from local power company lady manager was no help after I spent 3500 dollars on new unit and coil in 2016 it’s 2018. Just terrible CAIR heating and cooling is not on your side when it comes to customer service they are money hungry pigs STAY AWAY

Had ac unit installed not knowing my duct work was bad youd think when having a new system put in that you would be told about it during the install process so now i have a new furnace and ac unit that dosent work any better than the old one inreplaced while customer service is good with this place the quality of work i recieved is poor

My builder subcontracted HVAC system to Cair and the design forces hot/cool air with equal force into all rooms through independent ducts, hence small rooms get heated up quickly and stays hot while larger rooms still cold.

I try to improve situation by closing a vent in smaller room, but HVAC system thought that something stuck in duct, so it forced more air and causing loud noise as if you are flying on a flight.

The best service in town. Addresses your issues with no skating around to charge you extra for unneeded services. Thank You!! My air is working and my family are resting comfortably 😬

Tried to get a job there and I guess the way I was sitting some lady didn't Like the way I was acting so they didn't hire me here I have about 16 years experience in hvac and I guess I don't know how to act right in a chair 🙃 😅 their loss not mine
