They showed up on time and replaced the a/c and furnace in 4-5 hours. The installers were friendly and professional. They also relocated my dryer vent for me because it was blowing directly into the a/c unit. Was quoted $10000-$12000 from another company and the guy they sent out wasn't very friendly. CAIR did it for about half that. It might not be the top of the line brand but will still last you 10 - 12 years.

Extremely professional. The issue was resolved quickly and within the timeframe I was given.

Very good installation. A few minor issues but the came back promptly and fixed the problems.

I was so worried because I know my unit is older. They came out and was able to repair it thank goodness. They were super nice and took their time making sure my ac unit was okay. When it is time to finally replace my unit I will definitely be using them.

We called CAIR on June 8 for an AC tuneup because the ac has been having some issues and we thought it might help. We were originally told that they would come that Friday the 10th. They never showed up. My fiancée called CAIR on Monday the 13th to see what had happened and apparently they could not get ahold of him so we rescheduled for today June 15th. He was told they could arrive anytime between 12-4. At 330pm I called to make sure they were still coming and I was told that they would be, but that it would now be at 530pm. We called again around 5:15pm and I believe Nancy told us that yes we were still on the service list for today and that the tech was wrapping up at the house prior to us. It is now close to 7pm and we have yet to receive a call from such technician and the call center is now closed. I am really upset and highly disappointed in your company and will not be recommending you all to any friends or family.

Do not use CAIR Heating & Cooling for new Furnace or A/C unit installation. It has been less than 6 weeks since my new Goodman GSX14 AC Unit and Goodman ARUF Furnace were installed. My new AC Unit has completely failed on two separate occasions leaving my family without air conditioning for two days in 90+ degree heat.

To add insult to injury my new unit is 3X louder than the 20 year old unit it replaced making a loud screeching/grinding noise. CAIR Heating & Cooling acknowledged the screeching/grinding noise was abnormal and replaced fan on the A/C unit. When replacing the fan did not resolve the issue, CAIR offered to place an order for a muffler/blanket system to resolve the loud compressor noise. Then after multiple calls regarding the repair, they simply decided to replace the A/C unit with an identical Goodman GSX14. After multiple service calls (including a visit from the manufacturer) I was told by CAIR management the grinding screeching noise coming from the compressor on the Goodman GSX14 AC Unit is normal and there was nothing they can do.

When I voiced my displeasure regarding the Goodman unit the manager then stated "the compressor in the new Goodman GSX14 and GSX16 units are abnormally loud and poor quality compared to previous generations". He then offered to UPSELL me a "better" Amana A/C Unit for an additional $800 bucks. Do not purchase a Goodman A/C unit and do not use CAIR Heating & Cooling new Furnace or A/C unit installation.

My new unit comes with 10 year parts warranty and a 1 year labor warranty, however I am unsure if my issues will ever be fully resolved....stay tuned.

What a company!! From the first call I made the office staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The owner (a Veteran -Thank you for your service!) was at my residence within the hour. Kevin took the time to go over all my options and answered all my questions. While taking a few days to decide what option to choose, Kevin followed up with me as requested to check and see if I had any additional questions. On Friday 8/7/20 my AC finally quit for good, thinking I only needed a shot of Freon I called Kevin to see if he could send someone over to get me through the weekend...He had someone there within the hour. When the service tech arrived (great guy) it was not a simple fix and he spent nearly 2 hours there on a Friday night to try and get the unit running because it was hot!! After he exhausted all efforts with no luck we were without AC...Kevin began working on ordering my unit immediately and was in touch with me all weekend keeping me updated on when my unit would be available. On Sunday he gave me the unfortunate news that the unit I ordered would not be available until the end of the week..He gave me several other options and again explained all the details of each. I decided on the unit and he told me his crew would me there first thing in the morning...at 7am his office called as promised to let me know they were on their way. What a crew, great guys they got to work right away and where amazing they worked non stop! The unit is working great and my house was cool and comfortable by bedtime. Obviously, I highly recommend Cair Heating & Cooling A++ Company throughout...Thank you CAIR, the name of your company is the PERFECT DESCRIPTION of your services!!!

We called Cair and an appointment was set for 8/18/20 to discuss what services would be needed. Justin Williams discussed our issuses and we made a decision to go with Cair. The installers (Rich and Hunter) arrived promptly on 8/20/20 and completed the job within 4 hours. They answered all our questions and were polite, respectful and very courteous. Follow-up was immediate from the Cair office and Maureen and Nancy have answered all questions and all paperwork completed. We are so impressed with the quality of work from appointments, installation and follow-up. Cair is our choice for our heating and air needs. Also, I am a veteran and try to support veteran owned businesses. We are looking forward to a continued excellent business relationship with this company. From our experience, we highly recommend Cair!!!
