Very responsive. Quick service appts. Technician was professional, polite, and took time to explain things to and ensure I had no further questions. I was so impressed that I went ahead and signed up for their maintenance plan! Highly recommend!

Jim contacted me when he was on his way to my house. When he arrived, he was polite and was wearing a mask. I appreciated his mask because I have health issues. After completing the inspection, he explained what he had done and told me about the small issues I should take care of.

The guys were great and very responsive to my requests for improvement of the house as well as solving the issue with the hot water heater.

Dakota came out to service my 4 yr old AC system, said he couldn't find anything wrong (wouldn't come on) advise to a hard start kit and stated my freon was "low" .. after joining their "coffee club" though it was good deal to save for future... I canceled their monthly service when I went a few day later and noticed that he didn't tight the strader vlv and left the cap loose.. I was loosing freon. I now see how they make their money by sloppy work.. I wouldn't recommend them to no one and be sure ive got nothing good to say about that tech,,,, no thx btw after the 300% mark on parts... it totaled over a grand.... I can just imagine what the next bill would've been if I didn't find that freon leak when they came out to "service" it.... yeah right......

Technician done a good job. He was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable.

Teddy and his partner were there on time and quickly took care of my request. They were clean and efficient. It was an excellent job.

Cade Lisle explained everything to me and told me what should be fixed. My unit is only 3 years old. I've had several issues with it. Never cared for a single technician that came to fix my unit except for Cade Lisle. Fayette heat and cooling needs to hire more like him. Thank you Cade for putting my mind at ease and fixing the problem.
