After having a unit installed The next day, it began to leak condensation all over the ceiling of my attic. One guy came to a Repair it 4 hours later, it's leaking again to even worse. Not to mention that they never Put the stripping back on my attic Door Correctly.
Don't join the comfy club membership cause they totally ruined my life. Either company will return or receive my calls about damages they done about hitting my mailbox and sending plumbers out 3 times total and tried to say they need special equipment or tear up bathroom floor and sink to get to clogged pipe. I told 2 plumbers about our big door crawlspace access that leads to the already access panel and even showed a tech a picture of the crawlspace and setup. Bluefrog plumbers came over to do a free inspection and 1st thing asked about about a crawlspace and fixed the issue within 15 mins even fixed the damaged pipe that has ripped from other tech using a motorized snake until it broke. There was even carpet in the crawlspace that had absorbed water from damaged pipe. These guys even waited for me to get a couplin and cut off the damaged pipe from miastro plumber and installed it at no charge even gave us a 45 dollar discount. All this happened a week prior to my dad passing away. Miastro and fayette heating won't return my calls or able to receive my email. Went over a week not being able to use any sinks and worried about mold issues that could occur from the damaged pipe and pipes that are not visible. This has made a grieving family more worried and makes it look like we were being taken advantage of. But they said they would send $50 for the mailbox damage. Won't reply about the other damages and potentially more unseen damages and mold issues. It's been a horrible experience at the most traumatic event of the loss of a husband and father who would have fixed the problem easily. He will be terribly missed.
Great experience all around. Called to get a quote for new unit and Jordan came out same day. He answered all my questions and quote was lower than another company quote. Alex and Logan came out on a day that worked best for us and replaced the unit. They made sure all of our questions were answered and explained details specific to our unit. Final cost was exact as estimate, with no added fees. Great service!

Everyone at H2O Maestro was courteous and professional, from the folks who answer the phone to Mike, Kennedy & William— the technicians who came to our home. Because we had been without hot water for almost a week, they made us a priority. First visit was yesterday afternoon at 4. Today at 1, a brand new water heater is up & running. Highly recommend!

Contacted Fayette Heating and Air for a quote on a Generac generator. We were pleasantly surprised to have a representative, Will Isom, come to our home the same day. Will was professional, assessed our situation and provided several options for us to consider. He took the time to answer our questions and did not press us for a quick decision. We were very pleased with our interaction.
Brady Madden and Fayette Heating & Air delivered everything promised. They communicated details and scheduling with frequency and then delivered on each item. It shouldn’t be surprising when companies follow through on a service but more and more that is often the case. Brady represents the few out there who actually provide customer satisfaction. Give this man a raise!
