Faithful Comfort HVAC

Highly recommend. Furnace started leaking bad due to an old clogged condensate drain line. Called on Sunday night and Faithful HVAC had a guy out first thing Monday morning to replace old drain pipe with new condensate pump. Love these guys!

Making the appointment and communication before the tech showed up was great. Tech showed up on time, raining all day, so would of been professional for him to have shoe covers but no, so now I have someone with wet shoes (and a little bit of mud) walking around on my carpets. Checked house unit and outdoor unit and told us TXV valve would likely need to be replaced. Took payment for visit and said his boss would call us with price quote and mentioned that parts are hard to find. Tech called back later and left message saying they couldn't find the part and checked some other part and it was backlogged for 2 weeks and stated we should call a company that specializes in Trane units, even though they work on all units, to fix it since they are not a "specific" Trane dealer and don't have the specialized training. Oh and to add our Trane unit was still under warrenty. So, all in all we paid for nothing, except to be told to call another company that specializes in the type of unit we have. Maybe start asking what type of unit a customer has, especially if you're just gonna tell them to call someone else to fix it, before coming out and wasting time and money. If you have a Trane unit call someone else

Had an emergency and had never used this company before. They are fantastic. Came out the same day and took care of the problem. Reasonable price, great service and just nice people. They are my HVAC company from now on.

Unit was previously filled but had leaked out they could guarantee a repair without replacing the unit so no charge except service call. Contacted me by phone and explained

Had a leak in the house during the busy summer months. They were able to come to my house that day and fix the issue. After the first visit it didn’t seem to fix the problem. I called them back and they returned about an hour later and fixed the remainder of the problem for free! Excellent service from the team!
