I was recommended Faithful comfort by another of their customers. I had them install a new heating and a/c unit for me. I was so pleased that when I moved and the new house needed the heat and air updated, there was no doubt who I would use for my new house. Technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Great company, they treat you like family, I highly recommend!

I am blown away by the service and attention I received this morning from Faithful Comfort HVAC. My AC stopped working last night, I called them at 10:30 pm and they scheduled a service call for first thing in the morning. The owner of the company arrived 15 mins early and had the entire service call complete within 30 mins. So friendly and professional! What would normally be a very stressful situation was so easy, and absolutely stress free! I told him that they have a customer for life and I will tell all my neighbors and friends to call Faithful Comfort FIRST every time! I feel so much better knowing that I now know who I can trust to call for maintenance and service of my HVAC. Thank you so much Faithful Comfort! God bless!

Very thankful for the great service from Tex and his team at Faithful Comfort. The price was way better than two previous quotes we received from other companies, and they were able to quickly replace our entire hvac and heat system. Plus, their guarantees are better and they’re very professional!

Excellent and prompt service! After having issues with a different company I called Tex Conley and he was at my house in less than an hour. We went through the issues and made the best decision. By next day I have a new unit and problem solved. I’m very impressed by prompt service and follow up while his techs were doing the installation. Outstanding service.

Tex was nice enough to squeeze us into his schedule when our upstairs A/C went out on a hot day. He was prompt, polite, and professional. He answered all my questions and made great suggestions to determine the best option to address our A/C issues. Was very fairly priced as well. Definitely less expensive than the competition.

I can't recommend Faithful Comfort enough. Tex was responsive, on time, and gave me multiple options before I decided to just replace an aging heat pump and air handler. On the day the installation took place they were done in around 3 hours and that includes cleanup and vacuuming the floors to remove the small insulation pieces from the attic. I'll be recommending them to anyone who asks in the future.

I was incredibly happy with their service. They gave me a window of 2-hours for when they would show up (most places would just give me a day), and they showed up within the time they said. Josh, the tech that arrived, quickly assessed the problem and fixed my AC within 20 minutes. I know that can’t be expected every time, but I was very happy to have my AC back up and running!

Tex found our leak within minutes! I had called 4 different companies and 3 of them couldn’t find it, and the other one didn’t even show up. Faithful Comfort was here when they said they would be and had us a new unit installed the next day! Tex and his technicians were very professional and so nice. We are very thankful we finally found an honest hvac company!

I am very happy with this company. I was able to get same day service, on a very hot day. We have a very old unit, and Josh was able to recharge it. The cost was reasonable and we are cool again! I would highly recommend Faithful Comfort.

I was happy to hear a pleasant voice so early in the morning answering to my voice of distress because cool air was not flowing through the vents. Tex, the owner, was on call and said he could come out that afternoon to take care of the problem. When he had an opening earlier in the day, he called to come then to take care of my mom and me. Tex and his son were very nice. He identified the problem, showed it to me, repaired it, got paid, and we are comfortable in the air conditioned house once again! Great, efficient, service with a smile. I highly recommend FAITHFUL COMFORT!
