Faithful Comfort HVAC

Cannot say enough GREAT things about Faithful HVAC, Tex, and his team. They installed our HVAC unit in Fall 2021 and came out to check the AC when the weather warmed up and made a small repair at no charge. They are so kind, professional, honest, and always quick to respond. Prices are reasonable and lower than other local places. I will give my business to Faithful every time and will tell every friend this is the business they should use.

Tex and family are absolutely awesome. Quick, to the point with great rates to boot. Our house just got done and I can feel a bit of a difference already. The crew installing today was very informative of the system and pleasant to work with. I would recommend any day of the week!

Our HVAC hasn't been keeping up with the heat. Called Tex Conley with Faithful Comfort HVAC. He came out right away, on time, evaluated our unit, and gave us the best advice on how to proceed. Always impressed by this company. I had to call last year because the first company that installed the unit, messed it up significantly. Tex fixed us right up! Right now to have that kind of customer service is a rarity. Call Faithful Comfort for all your HVAC needs!

These guys are legit. Came from a referral while at a local restaurant. Literally our waitress went and grabbed the kitchen manager after hearing my wife and I discuss our AC issues. Apparently the kitchen manager also works for Faithful Comfort. He spoke highly about how this company is ran and that’s the main reason he works there. He needs a raise for sure because they were WAY above par.

After dealing with a local company we have been loyal to for years, we just felt like we were getting taken advantage of. Our system was always having issues and each spring/summer we have to endure uncomforted sleepless nights due to the heat. Also add having to dump hundreds if not thousands of dollars into servicing our 5 year old system.

That day at the restaurant I was given a business card and this one actually made it to the fridge due to the great interaction. I called the company in dire need of a second opinion before using my previous provider. These guys got us booked after hours…..and the technician was exactly on time. Even gave them a code to our front door and he got to work before I arrived.

Layne, was full of knowledge. Took 12 pictures of all the issues up in our attic. From wiring not hooked properly, tubing not adhered correctly, ducts done poorly, Unit not leveled, trash not picked up from previous install, sheathing missing, and yes the list goes on. Layne, full of knowledge, personable, and simply an over achiever.

Faithful Comfort should get a call from anyone in need when they have any doubts. They are reassuring and can’t wait to give them our business and loyalty.

Their website banner reads as follows: "We put honesty, ethics, and accountability first." That is true in my recent experience. There was some misunderstanding concerning the warranty terms of their heat pump installation. Nevertheless, Faithful Comfort stood behind their work and took care of my concerns within 24 hours of the issue. It is refreshing to have a company that stands behind their work.

Tex came out and gave me a fair price and knowledge of my issue. He didn’t try to sale me in fact recommended I get more estimates before making a selection. Really great guy, they showed up a few minutes before the 2 hour timeline they projected and all of the workers were professional and courteous during their time overdoing work. I must add my 3 yr old son let Tex pick him up he doesn’t let anyone pick him up, so just a great vibe from the man. When scheduling I spoke with Tex’s daughter whom he I saw in his family photo that he showed me, just felt like I knew them. Glad I chose the locally owned business will be going to then with any needs in the future and they will be my first recommendation to anyone that has any HVAC issues. Thank you all.

After noticing a that one of two AC systems (heat pumps) wasn't working, contacted them for a repair. Tex came out and determined the issue quickly and professionally at a fair price.

It’s not often that I find my faith in humanity restored, but today was one of those days.

Last night, my son and I went to sleep in a house that was 80°. After a very restless night that involved me “sleeping” on Marshall’s floor, we woke to a house that was a tropical 99°. If you’ve never had a toddler in a sweltering house, I don’t recommend trying it out.

I went to google and desperately started making phone calls to local HVAC companies and got in contact with Faithful Comfort HVAC, LLC. Not only did they find a way to be at my rainforest of a house within two hours of my call, but after quickly diagnosing and fixing the issue, Tex saw fit to bless Marshall and I in the financial aspect of the repair.

Today, I’m I was fortunate enough to have complete strangers remind me how selfless, kind, and helpful people can be.

My house is back to a comfortable temperature and I am full to the brim with gratitude for the generosity and caring shown to my son and I today. Faithful Comfort HVAC will be my go to heating and air company going forward and I HIGHLY recommend anyone in the central KY area give them a call for any of your HVAC needs!

Tex Conley and the entire staff at Faithful Comfort HVAC are undoubtedly the best in any business I have ever had any dealings with. Even though they are an HVAC company, they also do plumbing jobs. My issue was a sink, dishwasher, garbage disposal installation in my renovated kitchen. I called Tex on a Monday and I got an appointment on Tuesday, with a arrival window of 1 to 3. They came to my house at 1. If you like promptness they are at the top of the list. Roger and one of Tex’s sons, I’m sorry young man but your name has escaped me, are the most pleasant and professional people I’ve encountered with a plumbing company. They studied the situation and went to get the parts necessary to complete the job and went straight to work. They even suggested, and I’m glad they did, to replace the water inlet lines and valves since my new cabinets hadn’t been installed yet. After the cabinets were installed they returned to install the sink, dishwasher and disposal. When they were done, and much later in the day, the drain was not draining properly and I immediately contacted Tex who assured me he would make it right. I had an appointment the next day and he told me to let him know when I was done and he’d send the fellas right over. 15 minutes after I got home they were there. It turned out my drainage issue was NOT related to the install, but rather a blockage in the line connected to the kitchen. For nearly 5 hours they worked to free the clog, because where it was the snake had a difficult time reaching it. They worked their butts off trying to get that thing out and they finally did, and to prevent any further issues with my drain they replaced the old galvanized pipe with new PVC and the water flowed like a rushing river. What a mess and what a headache!!!! I am soooooo grateful for Faithful Comfort HVAC and the effort they gave to fix my problem. And I received no bill for it, even though it wasn’t directly the result of what they did, because Tex said he would make it right!! I feel so guilty that he wouldn’t take payment for his time, but I guarantee this: Tex Conley and Faithful Comfort have a loyal customer for life!!!! I kinda wish my A/C would go out so Tex can replace it😬😬. God bless you, Tex, Chrissy and the entire Conley family!! You, too, Roger!!!!!

Faithful Comfort HVAC offered the best pricing and warranty. I ran into a few issues after installation and Tex came out same day to resolve. He definitely ensures customer satisfaction and is overall a great guy! If you’re looking to support a small, family oriented business, Faithful Comfort is the way to go!
