I had a installation repair which was solved by the technician. He had the contacts with Goodman technical support to figure what the problem was (wiring issue due to change in wiring colors on the new unit). Pricing was as expected, a little cheaper then others. Technician was honest and helpful in trying to explain the issue. I’ve used three companies in the area and will stick with Ware’s on all my hvac needs.

Came out to fix AC. Rescheduled three times and then did not have a commonly use part on hand. Went to get the part came back 3 hours later. Fixed in 5 minutes 275 dollars. I called back because I was having the same problem and they wanted to charge me for another problem. The part that they replace cost wholesale about 8 dollars. Overcharges and doesn't guarantee work

Furnace quit working suddenly on a 29 degree day. I called Matt and he said he'd be right over. He texted me when he got here, when he diagnosed and when he went for parts. We were back up running within an hour. AMAZING FAST!! CALL MATT.

Wow! So impressed with Matt Ware.. he expertly installed a little "clean out" for my air conditioner drain pipe and explained how to get rid of the build up! He was here when he said he would be and then the work was completed in about 30 minutes!! And he's so nice!!

Ware's did a great job diagnosing the broken fan relay, but I was charged $326 for the replacement. I'm not an HVAC expert, but $326 seems high for the repair. A line item on the invoice was an $85 charge for the relay, which I know sells for around $30 or less. When I called to ask about the charge, the answer I got was "that's what we charge to replace a fan relay." Next time I will be calling a different HVAC company.

Matt and his crew came on real cold morning took care of the problem and got heat back. He presented me with bill and I was shocked at how reasonable it was. Very fair and honest company. Great work ethics

I called about an AC outage and was expecting to wait until the next day for service. I was surprised to learn that Ware's could be at our house within an hour. It took them roughly 30 minutes to fix our problem.

This was the second time Ware's has worked on our heating and cooling, and I will continue to look to them when something's wrong.
