Charlie came out on a holiday weekend to give us an estimate for a new unit. Out of the three local estimates Smitson Indoor Air was the best. His team came out and installed a new unit within a week. Charlie you have one more satisfied customer.

The best people that I have talked to in this industry so far. I know and have experienced the hard way how technicians and their companies lie to you or upsell at your cost. Finally got Charlie to come over for a third opinion to inspect a my HVAC unit which quit working this winter. While the verdict so far had been to replace the unit from a few of the popular companies, he inspected the unit and found the faulty part in no time. Replaced the part and the unit was up and running. I had to go through the struggle of having no heat for sometime, as I resisted the urge of replacing an old unit, which I always felt was still mechanically sound and had some more life left in it. None of the popular companies' explanations sounded anywhere close to logical. Charlie and crew has been punctual, honest, reliable, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. They do their work at very competitive cost. Would highly recommend him and his crew for any HVAC repair, maintenance and installation. Thank you Charlie and team! It was good talking to you as well. Charlie is a great guy! He came over after the heat went out, figured out the problem, got the part, and repaired in 24hours. He also serviced it and made sure that everything else looked good as well.
And I didn’t faint at the bill. I HIGHLY recommend him to everyone. He was easy to talk to, explained what he was doing and could answer all of my questions.

WOW!! I cannot say enough about Smitson Indoor Air, Charlie is awesome at what he does! We lost heat in our upstairs in 20 degree weather and he had it fixed within 30 mins and even corrected a problem with installation from another company!! Thank you so much!!! Would highly, highly recommend!!

Trevor came to my home and did a thorough check on ALL of my heating and cooling equipment inside and out. I had positive interactions with ALL of the employees that I dealt with. I get a family vibe from each one I talked with. Good people

After looking at all my options when my AC unit went down, I decided to use Smitson Indoor Air and have been very pleased with my decision. These guys are the greatest! My air conditioning stopped working on Monday evening. I contacted them and they were out the very next day. They were very professional and polite. And not only did they fix the problem, they took the time to explain it. I’ve used them one other time at another home and they will always have my business. Very knowledgeable and very fair prices.
