First time home owner here! I grew tired of spending money here and there for repairs/ parts on the 20 year old HVACs. I did my research and received several quotes before choosing Smitson Indoor Air. As a home owner making such a large purchase can be stressful as who to trust. There’s so many company’s that are more than eager to take the path of least resistance for a quick buck. I had two brand new systems installed at a competitive price and I can ensure you the installation quality from them is unbeatable. Their crew is knowledgeable, experienced, and went above and beyond to make sure the install was done right. Charlie and his crew just installed my new furnace and air conditioner, and I honestly can't say I have ever met nicer or more skilled and professional contractors than Charlie and his crew! The unit is top notch, and the incredible skill used to install it was amazing. Charlie takes great pride in his work and so do each of his employees. My old unit was likely a homemade install and wasn't up to even old code. Not only was the new unit installed to code, but Charlie's standards are even higher, and so all the functional ductwork, connections, and such were upgraded per his standards. Most contractors would've done the least possible. Charlie went way above and beyond. They arrived on time, were at my house all day, returned the next day for some final touch-ups, were very friendly, very kind, and very accomodating. Smitson Indoor Air isn't just a contractor. I think they must be angels. People who act from heart instead of the wallet are few and far between, but Charlie certainly is one of them! 7 stars and two thumbs way up.

I have nothing but great things to say about these guys. They are honest, thoughtful, hard working, and meticulous. Charlie Smitson is a true professional who cares about people whether they work for him or he's working for them. Nobody ever wants to have to call the HVAC guy, but in the event you do, Smitson is the company.

My house is almost 100 years old with an upstairs that was converted from the attic. The original Amana died at about 45 years old. Charlie came out himself to assess the situation and had a very reasonable bid within two days. He stayed on budget and completed the job immediately after the equipment became available. Within an hour after competition my wife and I enjoyed a cool house. The installation quality with the pads, wiring, piping, tape, and warranty show that this company cares and stands by their work.

Charlie and his team are fantastic and easy to work with. Our heating went out in my office and he was on point and took care of our problem in no time. I didn't hear next week or call you when I can get to you. He came out right away. Highly recommended and very professional!!

Jeremy is excellent. He is efficient and gets the job done! He and Hunter worked hard and all day to put in a new heating and cooling system. When they left the only way you knew they were here is my home is very comfortable. I highly recommend.

They selected my wife as a winner of their annual giveaway, that gives back to those helping the community in some way (she is pretty amazing). There aren't enough thank you's to come close to being enough.
Also, they're super professional, timely, and do amazing quality work. They ripped out our entire system and replaced it with brand new shiney equipment in one day, fixing issues we didn't even know we had.

Smitson to save the day! I had been without AC for 2 months (in the summer!) dealing with my Home Warranty's awful local contractor. Once I decided to move on from them, I called Smitson and they came out super quick (before I left for vacation) to give me a quote for a whole new system . Within a week of being back from vacation I had a whole new system up and running! The pricing was very competitive and Jason and the techs that came out to install were very professional and personable. I definitely recommend calling them for your HVAC needs.

I appreciate the HVAC professionals at Smithson Indoor Air. Our gas furnace went out late on a Thursday night and we called and left a message for Smithson. They called first thing Friday morning and arranged a service call to our home. Once it was determined a new furnace was our best option, Smithson’s owner went to Lexington to pick up the unit and promised us it would be installed that afternoon in order to make sure we had heat.
