Kentucky Climate Control

Jesse was very knowledgeable and polite while he was here fixing my air conditioner. He answered all questions I had and explained in detail how things worked inside my home a/c unit. Had my ac back up and running within an hour. Would gladly use Kentucky climate control again.

Our HVAC system went out on us 2 days before the massive cold of 2022 here in KY. First off their tech Josh came out to check our system. He was honest and upfront about the situation. Sadly we needed a whole new unit. Josh left us with some extra space heaters to keep our family warm during these negative temperatures. Dustin came out the next day to check our system and quote us for a new install. He knew his stuff and gave us a great deal. When all our new equipment arrived Colby and Garret brought it out and swapped our system in a days work. They kept me informed of what was going on and did an awesome job! We are new to the smart thermostat family but Colby showed us step by step what to do. Great customer service and honest work!

They cleaned up nicely after all was done and you’d never tell they were here!

I was blessed with a wonderful experience involving my unit giving out. I called Ky Climate Control and the lady was very polite and connected me with Josh Mason. He came out very quickly, assessed the situation and was very polite and helpful. I then spoke with Mr. Barnett whom walked me through my options and answered all of my questions. Upon choosing my option, Mr. Barnett immediately set me up with a unit and a time to have it installed. Amazingly, it was the very next day and Buddy Moore and his crew did an amazing job, very polite, cleaned up, and answered all of my questions. I would recommend them over and over. Thank you ever so much!

Kentucky Climate was very responsive to our call when we needed a new heat/air system. The parts arrived quickly for a swift install. Buddy arrived on time and was very professional and courteous when entering the house. He made sure I understood everything about the new system and was happy to answer any additional questions I had. Buddy and his team did a great job. Buddy and his crew are unmatchable. These guys got out here and flat out got the job done! Very polite and professional. Helped with leveling an old unit and even other help provided around the house that wasn’t required. They went above and beyond. I would never use anybody other than Kentucky climate control for your heating and cooling needs! The install is pure perfection. Precise, neat, and everything that comes with a professional install. The tech guys were great, they worked hard and explained everything they were doing. Stayed with it until the job was completed. Made sure I knew how to operate my thermostat, since I am not computer savvy. Ask if I had any questions and answered any I had. Very professional, friendly, and consistent on their work. They installed a Smart thermostat, AC/HeatPump and all new duct work. And new return air vent. So very pleased with the work they did. I wish I could recall their names because they deserve a big shout out for installing a new unit that has just come out on the market. So very pleased with these guys and I highly recommend them for any ac needs this summer. Great job guys!!

I've had a great experience with this company, their technicians, and office staff. Everyone is always polite, friendly, and professional. They work you into the schedule quickly and are very responsive. I have my maintenance contract for my homes HVAC system with them. Jesse and Ryan have both been out to service the system and do a great job.

Today Randy and Bill came out to upgrade our home to a duel fuel system and to clean our ducts. They did a fantastic job and answered any questions I had, educated me on how the new system works, how to use the updated thermostat, and they cleaned up as they went. I definitely give Kentucky Climate Control high recommendations.

Ryan K. Was incredible, fast and efficient and able to locate our issue very quickly and took the time to actually tell us exactly what was causing the issue. He was very friendly and kind definitely a 10/10 from my family!

Jessi and Josh was my service techs,they both was very professional and represents Ky climate control at it's very best. They went above and beyond to assist and evaluate and fix the problem to the best of their ability. They do their best work out any issues the costumer may have to come to a happy conclusion
