In the last week, we had 2 thermostats fail and a transformer blow on our HVAC unit. 2 relatives and a HVAC guy from another company worked on the unit. A 3rd thermostat and a new transformer were installed by the other HVAC guy. The HVAC system worked for less than 3 days. Jesse came out, listened to the whole ordeal we've been through, diagnosed the unit, rewired the improperly wired thermostat, replaced the 2nd blown transformer, and got our HVAC unit up and running! Our house reached 80° yesterday and now we are sitting at a cool 73° in less than 15 minutes! I will definitely use KCC in the future and will recommend KCC to others!! Thank you, Jesse and KCC, for being prompt and efficient! (I talked to a rep at 7:15am, Jesse was at my house by 8:40am, and finished his work by 9:30am!) So happy I called KCC!! 😃
