I am very impressed with Arronco's service. The young man they have sent out is very knowledgeable and helpful. He get's 5 out of 5 stars. What I am NOT impressed with is my "Water Furnace" geothermal system. My system is right at 10 years old and we have had to have the coils replaced, the compressor quit working which unbeknownst to us caused the auxiliary heat to run which doubled our electric bill, and the outdoor sensor replaced. In short, it seems to be falling apart just as the warranty is ending. This concerns me greatly as it was not a cheap system. I expected it to last 30 years like a traditional system does especially considering we have had it professionally serviced every year.

We've used Arronco for several years now to maintain our GeoThermal system. I've been very pleased with their responsive. We had the system go down last year and even though their schedule was full that day they managed to get 2 repair techs AND a plumber to our house (It involved the water heater that's connected to the GeoThermal) and they not only fixed the problem, but resolved a piping mistake that whomever did the original install made. All in one day. I highly recommend Arronco, especially if you have a GeoThermal system.

Called Arronco after Bryant’s took my money and told me they didn’t work on geothermal (which I do not have). I explained over the phone my problem, orovided photos of the unit that needs repaired, with model and serial numbers. Even offered to photograph the problem part which was declined and deemed “unnecessary” accordingly.
Setting up appt and the tech that came out were great for the most part. Tech tried to fix my capacitor, but then realized that the board I had mentioned previously indeed was fried. Tech will write up and pass on to quote in the morning.
I called just now because I haven’t heard anything. Over the phone I’m told “we can’t find a supplier so all we can do is replace the unit”
It’s a shame I was charged another $100 for someone to tell me the problem I already knew existed, and I had to show the tech it was the problem, and I had to follow up on the second part. What did I even pay Arronco for?

Don’t plaster “we service all brands” on your truck if you don’t and/or won’t. Responding with a passive aggressive comment about how your crooked business model is right will be ignored by myself and honestly anyone else who sees it. People are not as idiotic as you’d like to think.
