Was very easy to order the heater I was needing. I have used the product before. Heaters are great, with several sizes. I am using natural gas. Also bought at blower for the first time. Great prices. Easy to order online.

I saw online the store had the product I was looking for in stock but there were none on the shelves. So Adrian, Dejuan and Ely looked up the product and went to the back and located the product I was in search of. NEVER has any store from Walmart, Target to Academy ever search the back for a product that showed was in stock, but was not on the shelf. I always get the response, “if it’s not on the shelf, we don’t have it.” Which I’m beyond so happy these young men were in the store; because me and my son were in search for my husbands valentines gift. If they didn’t go the extra mile, we would have been disappointed. I appreciate their great customer service!

Staff is knowledgeable and open for questions. Store is clean and organized. Convenient location too.

Great people to work with, from their helpfulness when assisting you in the store from all the way helping you load your items in your car & truck. The Iron-ton brand is always a good option to purchase if these is a similar item to choose from. The brand is made real good and a better value if your on a budget.

Very helpful staff. I was looking at cordless chain saws and one great helper unboxed two saws so I could compare. Never would that happen at a big box store!

Poor management,dead end job ,no room for advancement,treats there employees poorly unless your in there click of friends then you get to ride the clock doing minimal work ,while other’s run the show without the compensation ,negative vibe in that store as an employee an as a customer

Helpful Staff - good inventory - products seem of a higher quality compared to other options

I bought a power washer on 5 /3/22 and it broke down twice I call store asked for manger a man named TJ said can I help you I said sure hope so I don’t want my money back but would it be possible just to swap unit out I think this one is a lemon he said please hold on let me look at something I thought here we go but when Tj returned to phone he said yes so we swapped it out this new one ran just 100 percent right for two days I just want to say thank you Tj it’s nice to deal with honest people

The store had NOTHING that was supposed to have been there. Had to order everything except nut drivers! Wished we would have gone to Harbor Freight. Also we ordered our items and now have to wait 2 weeks and then drive back another 80 miles (one way) to pick it up! Not happy!

Have shopped at Northern many times. Everyone has always been helpful and they’ve always had the products I was looking for.
