Frustrating experience because I could not get the website to provide me with the discount that was advertised in a Black Friday mailer for a Ratcheting Cargo Bar .

Always have what I need. Klutch brand ratchets and sockets have a lifetime warranty.so always worth it.

Waited in line for 20 mins, took the clerk 20 mins to ring 1 person up. I finally gave up and she even asked the manager to help zero response.

Wait in line to long. And just received a advertising with coupons in the mail. And they processed to tell me the booklet had expired but i could use the coupon.

Poor service and a complete waste of my time. Ordered something about 2 weeks ago and they said it's going to be another week. Screw this place I won't ever buy anything from them again
