Dustin installed a tankless water heater and a kitchen faucet for me. Both were done expertly, efficientlly, and with a smile. Fahnestock also services my heating and air conditioning with the same efficiency. I would not hesitate to recommend Dustin or Fahnestock.

I was a little disappointed in the fact that in my call to set up service I was told they would call prior to coming to my house- they didn’t. I was told we would be first on the list from 8-10... the technician showed up at 9:45 and then was at my house until 10:30. I was quoted a price of service and then was charged extra due to the size of the filter. I was never asked about the filter prior to service. I felt that everything I was told prior to service was a lie. I called to talk about the issues and felt like they really didn’t care.

Totally satisfied! Technicians are courteous and knowledgeable. They were able to troubleshoot and correct the issues with our heat pump. Chris Straub was particularly helpful with his familiarity of the new ecobee wi-fi thermostat that was installed under our service agreement. Overall I am quite satisfied with Fahnestock and would recommend them to anyone.

Great Company, fast appointment scheduling and fast, efficient and friendly installation by Jeremy. He did a great job! I will definitely keep returning to Fahnstock.

My AC went out on a Friday and called to schedule first available appointment which was on Monday at 8:00 AM. My service tech Wayne diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes of being here. He was very good and helpful. He even found a hole in my duct work that needs repair. Last year I had another company come out and the tech, to be fair, was new and was not helpful at all. I will definitely be calling back for any future needs.

Our new home needed some work. The Fahnestock electricians and plumber did a great job making our house safe and explaining our options to us. We will absolutely recommend to friends and family. THANKS!

Didn’t end up having to use this company but had such a great experience with the receptionist Tressa and the exceptional customer service she gave, that I had to leave a review! She’s a real asset!
