Can not recommend this business enough. They were all phenomenal but give a shout out to the the receptionist Tressa. Talk about making a great first impression from the the beginning to the end.

I bought a new heating/AC unit one year ago- I am very happy with it. I had electrical work done yesterday by Allen-great job! I had some plumbing work done by Jeremy yesterday, and he was back today to put in a new sump pump with a backup system and a tankless water heater. He was awesome! Explained everything to me, did a fantastic job, and he’s great to work with. I’ve always had great experiences with Fahnestock!

Their excellent plumber Billy installed our new sump pump yesterday. He was friendly and professional. His truck was quite well-organized. He not only did the job, but gave me instructions on maintenance of the unit to make it last longer. He answered all my questions, did not bad-mouth other companies, and left the area neat and clean. He was careful not to drip on our carpet as he carry the old unit up and out to his truck. I can highly recommend Billy and Fahnestock Plumbing.

Fahnestock service guys are amazing and today Alex was my service guy. Been using them for 15 years with nothing but great experiences.

I am a real estate agent in the Wichita area and I love it when I hear that Jeremy Lucas will be called out on the job! The salesman we talked to was Tom Balbierz. He was knowledgeable and friendly and we had a very good experience with him. The installers were also outstanding. They worked very hard for about six hours in less than ideal weather conditions. So far, we are happy with the product, although based on our first bill, I'm not sure we got the savings that I expected. It might have been the weather conditions in the month of December and we'll need to see a few more bills to get a better picture. The one (very minor) complaint I have concerned financing options. Nothing in that regard was really explained to us and after a couple of attempts to learn what our options might be, I was left with the impression that there were no options and that we needed to pay the cash upfront. This wasn't a problem as we have a low-interest credit card I could charge it to which I intended to use anyway, but it would have been nice to have gotten that spelled out earlier in the process. Overall, thank you for an excellent experience.

Jeremy, as always, did a great job! He is friendly, professional and on time. We really like having him take care of our plumbing needs!

We had great service today by one of their technicians. He was very knowledgeable and showed me exactly what he needed to fix. He told us about their annual plan but didn't push it, just left us with the flyer. He was polite, respectful and good at his job. Thank you!

Received phone call to let me know that serviceman was on his way. When he arrived he promptly
made made repairs and was very glad he had the part in his service van. Made recommendations for other
repairs and set up time to come back and finish. Thank you!
