We recently had a new HVAC system installed and wanted to take time out to leave them a review. I picked this company for our new system from the reviews. Reviews tel me a lot about a company.
They arrived on time! That was the first thumbs up. They were very professional and polite. Second thumbs up. They cleaned up the mess. Third thumbs up. They explained how to operate and answered all my questions! Forth thumbs up. And the last was they knew what they were doing and didn't take any breaks. Not even a lunch that I can recall!! You guys were working hard over here and I'm proud of the work you did. Hope to do business with you from here on out! Thank you Casey for all your help and thank you to the installers! I can't remember their names. But please tell them they are fantastic! BTW no one asked me to leave a review. I just read someones review saying they asked them to leave a review. They said nothing about leaving them a review to me. I did this on my own!

Alex performed our yearly Furnace preventative maintenance/check up. Was very polite, considerate, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his work! He took the time to explain the service being done and answered all my questions Very professional.

My service technician was Dylan. I must say he was extremely professional & knowledgeable. I was a little confused & he was very patient & explained everything. He even made some very excellent recommendations. I would recommend him to anyone! Five stars here!

Alex was very cordial, informative and professional. Even though this was just a warranty check-up, he handled it very well.

Alex Vela was the tech for this job. We had several issues with our furnace that needed replaced. He was very responsive, took the time to answer my questions, and got the work done as quickly as possible. I appreciate his professionalism and great customer service. I highly recommend him and this company.

Their staff is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Nick and Dustin their technicians came out listened to my air conditioner. Came back in told me the issue and said we will get it fixed. They even put booties over their shoes to protect my carpet. Took just a few minutes to figure it out. Thank You Fahnestock and Thank you Nick and Dustin!

The service technician - Michael Cotner who came into service our AC was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would never go back to Fahnestock because of this unprofessional attitude of their service personnel, even though in the past I had used them several times with good experience. I would highly recommend to send him to some training with how to behave with customers if you have to retain your clients…!
