Fahnestock tech who came to see our AC did not even check that the filter had been put in the wrong direction. This is my second bad experience with them in less than a year. Previously, their tech could not fix the tripping of HVAC and did expensive diagnostics which did not solve the problem. So I talked to a handyman who asked me "Did he check the switch connection?". He had not. So the handyman just tightened the connection and it has not tripped since then (eight months ago).

The tech's were on time ready to work, they explained what they were going to do and the installation went well. Everything looks and works great. I'm happy with the performance of My new system and am amazed how quiet it is. I have no regrets and highly recommend Fahnestock to anyone needing a furnace or air conditioner.

What a great company! Quick to respond in an emergency situation! Jeremy came and fixed a clogged sink which he further discovered a broken and leaking pipe in our basement! He was very knowledgeable about the repairs and spoke to us very professionally about. He had a great attitude and great work ethic about him. The situation could have caused more damage to us if Jeremy didn't fix it just in time!

Our Furnace went out and we had to call one of the Techs on a weekend. He arrived on time, checked the furnace and informed us that there was nothing wrong. He then politely explain it was more than likely our thermostat. He was able to test it and install a new one in no time

I have been on a monthly plan (they have several) with Fahnestock and their customer service is unmatched. It's EZ to get an appointment and the service personnel are respectful and thorough. They come out twice (spring and fall) a year for a service check and if I have an emergency I have received immediate service. Thank you Fahnestock for a little piece of mind in this crazy world.😊
I had to jump in again ..a year later and give another positive update...called on sweltering Sunday with Temps over 100 and the service tech arrived within 3 hours and had me cool again. 😊😊😊

I have the Gold plan. I called Sunday afternoon. Nick was quick to respond. I had a condenser fan that was old and the bearings wore down which was tripping the breaker. Nick diagnosed and repaired in good time and my AC is working good again.

We had your plumber, Jeremy, replace 2 toilets in our house we just moved into recently. He was friendly and did an excellent job. The second toilet also required him to have to replace something in the crawl space, which I am glad he noticed it needed replaced, so not problems down the line. He worked efficiently and quickly! So glad to have the new toilets!! ☺

Got A new heat system has turned off and failed 2 times in a month. Call to get emergency service and they are not open

Jeremy was early and very quick to fix the problem. He made sure before he left that all repairs were fixed and in working order. He didn’t have to take time to double check but he did. Jeremy was very friendly and courteous. I would recommend him and Fahnestock for plumbing repairs and inspections.

Have had a maintenance contract for about 15 years or more and they are always on time and provide great service; this last time the tech noted a leak in the pipe downstairs and that same day a plumber came out and fixed it. Thank goodness because we might not have noticed for some time; they always make the customer first.
