Had an issue with my AC unit, small leak and coils frozen over. Our tech, Dylan, was super helpful and knowledgeable. Made quick work of it all and restored cold air that was needed!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The technician that came to our home was extremely unprofessional, and the service department representative was not much better. We were informed that we would be charged $225 for parts and labor, when the part itself is $30 and the technician said it would take no longer than 5 minutes to install. Even the service rep said it would only take 30 minutes from arrival to departure. This doesn't include the $79 call-out charge to diagnose the problem. We will definitely be utilizing the services of a different local company that values fairness and customer service, and will encourage our friends and family to do the same.

Fahnestock service department was awesome this week for me. Knocked out 3 of my locations fast. Techs were polite and communication with my employees were great!

I just had two young fellas out here working from 8AM until 4:30PM on replacing my old school crap central heat/air unit with a new one. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly and fun to work with. As a stay-at-home mom, they were stuck dealing with me and my two young children for the whole day and were very considerate about keeping the kids out of harms way and were very friendly with them as they stood around and asked them a million questions. They were especially patient with my son as he informed them of the ins and outs of The Lord of the Rings for what seemed like forever. They continued to work the entire time, but were kind enough to seem interested in what he was saying. I don't even think they took a break (which now I feel bad for not offering them lunch), but they worked hard and got the job done! They ran into a few issues considering how outdated our home is, but they seemed to have no problem with problem-solving and working through it. Obviously, it'll be some time before we know if there are any issues in how the job was done...but I can say that I don't think we will be back here with anything negative to report! I believe that the work reflects the people, and these were just a couple of real good guys, so I'm certain they did real good work!!! :) Good working with you, Fahenstock. Wish I knew the names of the fellas that came out here today...I'd advise you to give them a raise (or at least a free lunch!). :)

Great staff and call center service, keeping you updated on the technician's arrival time. Overall great attitude and very knowledgeable technicians, friendly and available to answer questions and explain what are good practices to keep your equipment in great condition and most importantly running.

Good service company, but with a LIAR as a salesman and an office who won't back the customer up. The service techs are great and have been nothing but helpful, but one of their salesmen, Tom, is a liar. I needed my coils replaced on my A/C unit and was told it was going to cost me $1k. Fine. The first thing I explained to Tom was that I was not in a position to pay that in full and could I make payments. He told me no problem and was trying to get me to agree to the service right away. I thought that was fair and agreed to the service. They came out the next day and did the job. I started paying them right away. However, I started getting calls and letters from them saying that I needed to pay in full right away. When I called them to tell them that Tom had told me I could make payments, they put me in touch with him and he acted like I was absolutely crazy. Now I didn't make up that I asked about making payments and I certainly would not have signed up for service that I couldn't afford outright. I told Tom that I was not able to pay in full, but that I would continue to pay them each month until I had paid it in full. He said fine, only to turn around and turn me in to a credit agency. I happen to know that this company is in financial trouble and was willing to lie to me to get me to sign up for service only to turn around and demand the money in full. I will NEVER use this company again and will tell as many people as I can not to. That is however long they are still around.

Great customer service from the service department. Called at 8 because my heater stopped working. They had a technician at my house by 10 the same day and had the heater working within an hour. Price was very reasonable and well
