Replace sewer line out of the house. Did a great job int the rain. We’re responsible priced and did not say I needed to replace something that did not be replaced. Good people.

Trace led the job of plumbing install and hvac rough in for our new build on a shop and mother-in-law living quarters. He communicated well through the entire process and even changed some things per our preferences. He was respectful and extremely professional throughout. Trace has a great understanding of the construction process and made sure everything would work together for the whole build. Also, Cactus had everything squared away from the beginning and was really receptive in setting us up so Trace knew exactly what was going on! I would recommend Eck in Kingman for any need you have!

Paul Larouche sent his guys out with in a couple of hours, Ethan and his helper found the problem and got it fixed pretty quickly. Great service, great price and great workers. Thanks again Eck services

Clay was very efficient and explained what he was doing as he went along. He found an issue with a line at the pole, talked to Evergy about it, and they had a tech out within an hour to repair the problem. BTW- squirrels had chewed the wrap. Thanks so much! It's a relief to have it taken care of.

I highly recommend using ECK. Brett was punctual, courteous and very professional. He explained what he was doing and why and how long it might take. He fixed the problem and told me why it occurred and what I could do to prevent/slow it from happening in the future. He also talked about some future repairs that might be necessary. Overall, I was very appreciative and impressed with his work and the way he performed it.

We had Eck install the wiring for our sunroom in October of 2021. Due to multiple health and labor delays we were not able to connect our outlets till December 2022. We had electricity to only half the room. Frustrated we called them back and another $206 later we found that part of the electrical was wired one way and the other another. It was a simple fix but we got to the bottom of it.

The young men were very polite and were able to fix a few other things but we have one outlet and light switch box that is a bridge to nowhere. But we decided we don't need it we will nut it and cover it.

Over all we were happy with today's service but disappointed it was not under any warranty. Being on A Fixed Income it was a hard pill to swallow.

Thane did an excellent job cleaning the condensing unit and topping off the Freon. He was very friendly and informative.
