Let me tell you about Eck. Here at the Shock house it can get crazy. Kids everywhere and animals. Well Eck first off beat the competition in their prices. Which having 4 kids means a lot. The two technicians that came out to our house were amazing! I did not catch their names but let me tell you, they were top notch! They had a smile all day long even though our house HVAC was a pain the a**. They smiled at our kids and had a friendly attitude towards them and us. Not once did we see or hear them complain about our project. They got the job done and did amazing. Thank you Eck! Your techs are amazing!

We had a leak coming from the ceiling in our downstairs bathroom early Wednesday morning. I called right as Eck opened and within an hour the team was here. The pipe was in a very tight spot against the duct, so they had to maneuver in order to make the repair. Thankfully, we were all set by about lunch time and the price was very reasonable. We’ve lived here for almost two years and have had a hard time finding companies that are as professional as Eck. Should we have any further issues, they will be our first call.

From the people who did the scheduling to the people who did the work, everyone was positive, kind, and professional. We had both basic and atypical plumbing issues that needed to be addressed and not only was everything repaired/installed perfectly, but they took great care to clean up as they worked. Everything was explained and all of my questions were answered along the way. This was our first time to use Eck Services but it most certainly will not be our last. Highly recommend!

Two very nice servicemen showed up to look at the electrical problems we had. They fixed the old wiring issues in our detached garage/workshop. After that they had to fix wiring for our well pump that another company left unhooked. We had a sprinkler system that we haven't been able to be use for the last year.

Shawn was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Shawn was also on time and work at a fast pace. I recommend Eck Plumbing!

The technician was friendly and explained what was going on in terms the customer could understand. He was able to fix in a reasonable amount of time; and wasn’t outrageously expensive!

Installed a gas line for a stove. Did an amazing g job. Very fast and even waited a bit while we got payment taken care of over the phone as we had a family emergency. Wonderful company! Very fair pricing!

They called with a last minute opening. Then when I didn't have a path cleared for them, they said no problem. My dogs were there the whole time. no problem.
