The technicians that showed up on the job were professional, friendly and listened to the problems I was trying to express. They will be getting work from me again I have several outlets that need to be installed and they will get my business. I highly recommend this company and the technicians that were here. Matt was friendly, professional and informative. He explained the process and what needed to be done. Then provided a quote for the job. He prepped the area before heading out to get the new water heater. He did very clean work and completed the work in a timely manner. We will be using you for all our needs in the future. Matt was great!

Excellent service. Super friendly and efficient. Huge storm -4 below and he arrived in 30 minutes to my home at 47 degrees inside. He fixed my system and explained exactly what he had to do. Highly recommend Eck and will use again in the future if needed.
