We lost our heat last Friday night so we called Aireserv Saturday morning and Brendt was out before noon. Not only did he repair the problem, but he took me downstairs and showed me what to do if it happened again. How cool is that!!! Plus they are very reasonable price wise. We use to use Cooks but not any longer. Aireserv Rocks. Steve, retired teacher.

This man will take advantage if you if you are very dumb, I bought a new controller I simply asked him is it easy to install and what color of these wire mean , I asked if he can install it since I already paid him $100 on other service all he does was check it and said nothing fine with it, he then tell me he have no time to install the controller so I asked him how much he said $50, all he does it was to take out the old one out and put new one on and plug all the wire back in less than 5 mins and I felt like a dumbfound should have done that by myself and save 50, as easy take out rca wire out of vcr and put back in. On top of that he didn't even install C wire since my new controller used wireless and it eat up battery a few days . He doesn't know anything about router and network, the new controller have it password where you download the app on the phone, and to connect it and it's need its password, he keep telling me I need to put in my router password whole connecting to the controller, the argue went nonstop since he think he is correct, I told him it's doesn't work then I stop listening to him and put the controller password then it work. And guess what he said "then do it" pretty rude when I point out his mistake. Either he us just an ass, not his day that day or just a racist .
