    I was prepared to be disappointed with the service since I was using a home warranty. Boy, was I surprised when the owner called me at 9 o'clock in the evening the same day I filed my claim! He was here by 10 pm and had our air conditioner up and running within half an hour. We have had no further problems. I will definitely request them if I need to use the home warranty again.

    Overall a good experience. Had a different repair company in town tell me I needed a new heat exchanger (and would be better off with a whole new unit given its age). Then remembered that I had a home warranty since it hadn't been a year since I purchased the house. They cleaned the igniter, and adjusted one of the burners and it's worked great since. Only issue I had was not getting a callback saying that they wouldn't be able to make it out until the next day (they were trying to squeeze me in on a Friday, same day I called them, and came out early Saturday morning after calling then).

    10/10 would not use. EDIT - It's really lame to give yourself a five star review to increase your rating on Google dude.

    It's too bad that zero stars isn't an option. First, tech does not meet time commitments. It was so bad that a service call scheduled for the afternoon ended up with the tech asking if he could come to my home at 8-8:30 pm to work on the issue. When the tech did come to my house (a couple of days later, at a reasonable hour), he replaced the furnace part that he'd identified as the problem. In the process, he somehow rendered my A/C, (which had been running all morning until he arrived), inoperable. He then proceeded to tell me that I have an electrical problem getting power to the furnace and he'd be glad to come back and troubleshoot the issue, but that right now he had to leave to fetch a part for another job. Then he told me that I should expect a call back in a half-hour. I promptly fetched my own meter and quickly disproved what he'd suggested, but he had left. Instead of calling me back as he'd committed, he phoned my home warranty company and advised them that I need an electrician because the electrical issue is outside of the furnace. This is proof that meeting time commitments is a thing of the past as well as being honest with your customers.

    Had my air conditioner break on me a few weeks back. My home warranty company sent this company out to do the repair. He came out and diagnosed the problem. Told me he would be back in roughly a weeks time to fix the problem. He never called or showed. So I called him up and he said he was busy but would call me that evening or the next day. Again, he never called or showed. So I gave him 3 days to get with me without my bothering him (it was memorial day weekend). Again not even a call. Called him Tuesday and he told me he was finishing a job and that mine was next. He said he had openings that week and would finish my repair that week. Again he never called or showed! So I called the home warranty company back and had them contact them. They did, and still he did not call or show up. Tried contacting him again through the warranty company and he told them he was having trouble getting approval for my claim. So I called the claims dept on Monday (they were closed for the weekend) and the claims dept said nothing of trouble with approvals and finally assigned a different contractor to my job. This guy lied to me and gave me bs answers over and over again. It was very disrespectful of my time and has made my household suffer in the heat for weeks now. I seriously hope he goes out of business for how he treats his customers. And I read other reviews and I'm not the only one he has treated this way! Unless a home warranty company forces you to, do not use this company! They will waste your time and drag their feet and not be upfront or honest about time frames. He will not return your calls or be at his appointments on time if at all. Seriously how do you make a living doing customers like that!?

    I have been using Air Repair specialists for years. Always reliable and professional. Prices are very fair. It’s nice to find ethical and “on time” businesses these days. They really seem to care about their customers!

    Stay far away from this company! Let's just say our air conditioner went out on 8/26 and we just got it completely fixed yesterday, 9/14. They never answered phone calls, would not come out for days and then always late saying they were finishing up installs. First call to them on a Friday night, didn't answer, called again Saturday morning said he would be out the next day. Called twice on Sunday before he picked said he's running behind on installs would be Monday between 3-5. Called on Monday said late on installs again and didnt get there until after 6! That's 4 days later from original call!! Had to use them because of my Home Warranty and I would have to contact he HW people in order to get in contact with this company because they never returned calls or answered them. Our part that we needed came in on a Monday, I had to call the HW place to call him to see when he would install it. He told them the next day, never heard from him. Had to call HW place again because not answering calls. They called him and he said he's running late on installs, same excuse. He finally calls me says he can come Wednesday morning, I said I would get someone to come over and call him right back. I did and called 4 times total, left voicemails, two texts and nothing. Had to call HW place to contact him and he told them he never heard from me! ALL LIES! I have my call log and messages. Said he was busy with installs would come out on Thursday from 9-10. He texts me from the same number I text him and he says he didn't hear from me, saying he's running behind on installs (imagine that), would be from 11-12. Then another text at12:30 saying on way GPS says 23 minutes. He shows up at 1:30!! Do NOT use these people!

    The owner Curtis replaced my heater and installed a new air conditioner. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. He explained things as he installed the unit and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend this company.

    Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced... Employee broke a water valve trying to fix a different problem lied to his Boss about it. Took 6 weeks to get them to Answer the phone never did return a message. The owner came out fixed the leak and created another one left a note saying he did but would be back to fix it and the original problem. Haven't seen them since and this was first part of March.. Would not recommend this Company at all...

    This is the only heating and air conditioning company I would ever use. The customer service is top notch. They answered my call and came right out to fix my air conditioner. The unit was fixed and the price was reasonable.
