Purchased our Lyton Air from AireServ. I have always enjoyed their friendliness and help. But yesterday the person Shaun, was unfamiliar, didn't ask me if I would prefer if he would wear a mask (which I would have), and asked to use my restroom (which he did). Normally this would be minor but in today's pandemic I felt uncomfortable.
