They were able to come out less than 24 hours after I called - which was great, considering it was 90 degrees in my home! They were very kind and even loved on my puppies for a bit, which is always a good sign in my book!Very reasonable rate (less than $200 total) and they were in and out in less than 30 minutes. If my AC goes out again, I know who I'm calling!

Saw that this company had great reviews on google so decided to give them a try. I should have not. Called on a Monday to get a free quote for a new furnace, they said they would call back to give me a time for the appointment. did not receive call all week, so called back on Friday to see if they had forgot to call back, they said that they would come the next day. They did not come or even called. That’s too many broken promises. If that’s how they treat new customers I don’t want to see how they treat you once you’re their customers. Horrible first impression. Would not recommend, google needs to review their rating on these guys.

Outstanding company. John is one of the finest technicians in the area. A veteran and true professional. Been using them for years on my geothermal unit. Highly recommend.

I called and less than an hour later someone was at my house ready to fix my thermostat on a weekend! I told the gentleman I had some questions about the system because I'd recently purchased the house and was unfamiliar. He was happy to answer all my questions and did quality work. I could not be happier. This is who I'm going to call every time I need help.

My home warranty company has been sending aire serv to "fix" my ac for a month. They have come to my house 5 times and still have not fixed my ac. They keep sending different people, half of which didn't even know why they were there and what they were supposed to do. I'm still without ac in 100+ degree weather, waiting on them to come out yet again.

I have had another local service provider out and they kept telling me I had a leak and they could look for it but I could end up spending a fortune and never find your leak. And kept pushing for me to replace my entire system. John came out, gave me three options with straight forward prices and result expectations. Left the decision up to me and respected my decision. I am very happy and relieved that I could get such honest and caring service. I will never go anywhere else and I will refer for life as well.

Once again John and Brent did not disappoint! On Thursday our heater quit, Friday morning Brent was out at 8 AM and diagnosed our heater as DOA, Saturday morning John was out at 8 and had a new system installed by noon. This is typical of their customer service, quick, friendly, and professional. They did everything to save us money. Count us as two happy retired teachers!!

The Aire Serv guys installed a new HVAC system and did an outstanding job. They went out of their way to make sure and cover my carpet and keep everything clean all the way through the installation. Great group of guys to work with.
