Aire Serv is our Go-To!! They are very professional, helpful and offer great pricing on services. Additionally, and very importantly to most consumers, is that they are honest, trustworthy with what they will tell you. If its something you do not need to spend in that moment for whatever the purpose or reason, they will let you know that too. No over selling just to sell something like many other companies!! Highly recommend!

We dealt with a very bad contractor for a home warranty claim and Aire Serv came out to the save the day and gave us assurance that our system was good! From the moment he pulled up in his company marked van to the very end, he was knowledgeable and very professional! I would recommend this company over and over!!

They came in and had the installation done in one day. Then they came back to check that everything was good to go. This bid was half the price of the next company that came out to give a quote. I'll be calling them back again when we are ready to install more ductless units. Thanks!

Great experience with Brent. He took the time to explain everything to us, made a recommendation to replace a part now vs waiting for it to potentially fail and have a bigger repair bill. I will definitely call Aire Serv in the spring when it's time to check the AC. I found them to be very professional. I appreciated the great communication as far as letting me know when they'd be here. Brent even put shoe protectors on as it was a little snowy the day he was here so he wouldn't track anything across the carpet. They earned a five star rating!

Mostly a DYI maintainer. Smart enough to know when to call a professional. While trying to troubleshoot a component myself, met John (owner) at Locke. The component was OK and John suggested I make an appointment to have his tech look at the furnace. Extremely happy with Dave-Aire Serv technician. Very knowledgeable, good work technique and patient while having someone looking over his shoulder. Furnace was fixed quickly and is working perfectly. Pricing reasonable and would recommend this company to my family.and friends.

Technicians where efficient and respectful. They did an awesome job and I am extremely grateful of there excellent and professional installation. Great warranty and timing. The only gripe I have is due to there high demand (obviously after post inspection these techs where elite) it was initially extremely difficult to schedule. Their front desk is pretty much non-existent. So you just have to keep trying until they 'fit' you in. Overall though, very satisfied with the price and work. Thanks!

John and his crew discussed with us all our options and were open and upfront about all the products. We compared all the options and found the perfect system for us. We have a very old historic home and we wanted the heating/cooling system to work with the existing building. They did an outstanding job!

Aire Serv was very punctual, courteous, and professional. They were very knowledgeable and performed the removal and installation of our HVAC system quickly and left the area cleaner than they found it. I don't usually leave reviews however, my experience with Aire Serv was phenomenal! The receptionist was extremely polite, she listened to my rambling on what I "thought" was the problem she explained the diagnostic fee and assured me their would be no hidden fees or even an hourly rate and if I decided to replace my system (which I did and absolutely LOVE MY DAIKIN MINI SPLIT) the diagnostic fee would be waived. John is amazing he didn't just try to sale me anything. the technicians i believe Dave and Army are polite, clean and great with animals, they answered all my questions and even called the following day to make sure everything was working properly. Hands down I will recommend them to any and everyone! Thank you Aireserv im looking forward to seeing you guys for my annual cleaning
