I don't often put in the effort to write a review; however, these fine folks have earned it! I have utilized their services on numerous occasions, and they have always exceeded my expectations! Great customer service, fast and friendly, extremely knowledgeable and fair prices! What more is there?

To whom it may concern

After several attempts to reach you about the unit that was installed we have contacted another HVAC company. They found several problems with the install and here is the list:

The heating unit was wired for a second stage heat pump which we do not have a heat pump.

There flu going into the attic from the top of the unit was not sealed. It was left completely open drawing hot and cold air into the house.

When they unit was installed a big hole was left in the ductwork which was pulling in air from under the house.

The unit itself is rated for a single wide Mobil home not a 2000 sf. Modular home.

Since this unit was installed we could not get the AC to cool the house down until evening all summer. We would come in during the day and it would be 85 degrees in the house since the holes in the duct work and attic air were being pulled in. The unit would run all day and most of the night. BTW we had it set on 72 but it did not matter since the unit was too small for our house.

This winter we have not been able to get the heat past 65 degrees during the past cold snaps. Luckily we have had a mild winter so far. Normally we run our thermostat on 69 so it’s not like we have it turned to 80. And just like during the summer the unit you installed will not stop running as it is too small for our house. Thanks for making our utilities go through the roof.

We are very upset that we have to buy another heating unit that is rated for our home. We trusted that you would do right by us but we were wrong. Now we are going to be stuck with a new unit for a single wide Mobile home.

Fair and honest up front recommend Kaw Valley and Callan the service man. The AC is running cold and system is checked for a hot summer. He was close by and came sooner than expected.

Our furnace went out in the middle of the night. Called Kaw Valley the next morning and they came to our home within an hour. Gene was the serviceman. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and quick to diagnose the problem. He had the part on his truck and had our furnace going in an hour. He is even checking to see if he can get the part covered under warranty as our furnace is not very old. Very reasonable rates as well. Call these guys, you won't regret it.

Don't waste your time calling these people. Had them come out to fix my furance a couple months ago during the bad freeze. First time they came out they just cleaned it. Furance stopped working an hour after they left. They came out the next day and said the thermostat was wired wrong and put a new one in. Fast forward a couple months when it time to turn on AC and the AC doesn't start up. Had another company come out and they said Kaw Valley installed the wrong themostat for my system. These people don't know what they are doing. Save your money.

I called this company several times trying to get them out to replace my furnace, that I've been without going on 3 weeks now. I only got a response after threatening to go with another company, but heard nothing back as I was told I would. I used this company many times before and delt with the struggle of getting a call back everytime.
I chose another company to use from now on, its ashame this company lost almost $15k because they failed to return my call.

responded quickly to an email (I emailed Sunday evening, they called me back within a half hour to get me scheduled), came out within 24 hours, the technician was on time and very professional. They communicated with me exactly what was going on with my system and accomplished the repair I needed without trying to upsell me any services or products. Highly recommend!

Installed hear, airconditioner and garage door opener through Season of Sharing. I appreciate their gift so much. I only asked for help with furnace repair. They did so much more than I could have hoped for. I am an elderly disabled person and they have enabled me to get in and out of my home Much easier. The heat and air will enable me to be able to remain in my home longer.

I called them to fix my a/c. David(GM) came to access the problem. He answered all my question. After two days he sent Gene to recharge my cooling system with freon. Gene was nice, respectful and he finished the job in less than thirty minutes. Now my cooling system works fine. Their price is not much compare to other company i have called
