This company originally installed my A/C and they did a fair job. However, the coils developed leaks after about 4 year. After several attempts and left messages, I decided to call another company to service and repair my A/C. Each year they send me a Tune-up Special Yellow post card. What is the point of sending out these post card if they are not going to answer the phone. It is really unprofessional for a company to 1.) Not answer the phone to begin with; 2). Let the phone call go to voice mail and not return the phone call. 3). Let your voice mail box fill up, so the customer can't contact you. This company needs to hire someone to answer the phone or use an answering service at the very least.
