Exceptional service! After purchasing an older home in Topeka, I was in need of a new furnace. Friess was recommended to me and I couldn't be happier. Professional, skilled & all around good guys. I highly recommend.

Called to service my old Furnace When the simple fix did not work it was determined the heat exchanger was bad. We discussed a new exchanger vs a new system (ICP did not cover the old under warranty). No pressure sales tactics just took the time to offer repair or replacement options. Decided on replacement.

The new system was installed quick and clean with no issues. The crew was very nice from calling the front office to the job site.

We are return customers of Friess HVAC and are consistently impressed with quality of service provided by one of their tech's, Travis. While I can't speak to others, I'm sure other employees hold the same level of competency.

Travis came out to our previous home and diagnosed an issue with our A/C another company didn't in three visits, he found it in one.

Today Travis came to look at a place we just moved to and again found issues not found by another HVAC contractor at closing on this house. His understanding and comfort with HVAC systems is evident in his work, he isn't rushed and he's systematic in his diagnosis.
