Furance they installed shorted out. I woke up to the smell of burning plastic and smoke. I had to call the fire department. The furance isn’t 6 months old. They didn't connect heating element until several weeks after furance was installed. Upset with me when I asked why. The technology needed to remotely check problems isn’t installed. I've been waiting months to get it installed. Staff are almost angry at me for asking about it. Did come out and fix short in a timely fashion. Afriad the furance is going to cause a fire.
Follow-up: The owner reached out to me and is in contact with the manufacturer of my HVAC system. He's advocating on my behalf to address my concerns. I have never had a company do this before. I'm impressed.

Upon searching for a new Heating and Air Repair service to use I decided to call Kaw Valley. Was I glad I picked them !! The weather had suddenly gotten 95 plus and my rental property AC unit was not working properly. Busy as Kaw Valley was, they came out the very next day. It was a very complicated issue to figure out and I was the last appointment of the day. They sent out Carl, and I was impressed at how knowledgeable he was. Step by step he explained everything to me as he went. Staying late to figure out the problem, skipping his dinner to make the repairs and double checking everything to make sure the fix was complete. I cannot speak highly enough of what great service I received from Kaw Valley Heating and Cooling and their repairman Carl. Thank you ! I have found my new heating and cooling company !

Our air conditioner stopped working over the weekend. We called and they had someone at our house in less then an hour. Bradley did a great job and everything was fixed in no time! Thank you so much!!!

I called them when my AC quit on a very hot Sunday morning. I was watching my young niece and worried about the rising temperature of the house. Carl came out later that morning and had the problem fixed in under 30 minutes. So grateful for his quick and courteous service. Will definitely call them again for any future needs.

Really impressed with the quick, professional response when our furnace went out. Repairs were reasonably priced. Kaw Valley technicians were knowledgeable, professional and provided information what they were doing every step of the way. Our system is getting old and we will definitely call them when it needs to be replaced.

Caring professionals with experienced installation crews. They turned losing my HVAC System during the coldest part of the year into a good thing. They could've price gouged, they did not. They could've waited for a nicer day to install the system, they did not. Their whole team is focused on providing the best service and customer experience available!

Capacitor failed (basically exploded) in condenser unit - called 20:30 that night and talked to an actual person, the owner, and he had a tech out at about 16:30 the next day. The tech worked until about 19:30 - had to replace a bunch of wiring and stuff that got burned up - showed me the issue, explained everything very well. AC back up and running. Friendly, prompt, great service. Will definitely use these guys again! Highly recommend.
