This is the second company I have dealt with since moving to Topeka. This company work with us on getting someone out as fast as they could. They sent out a tech that was very acknowledgeable in his field and did amazing work. He went above and beyond to find the issue and fix what he could. The second set they sent out did amazing fixing the overall issues. The job took a little longer then expected but overall a great experience with them.

After waiting 2 days for another company to come fix our AC we called Kaw Valley, they came out same day sent Thomas , he was great had us up and running in no time, educated me on some points to keep AC efficient. Thanks Thomas and Kaw Valley awesome job and you now have a new loyal customer !!

Showed up same day as our call, on one of the hottest days of the year. I know they were busy. They showed up at the end of the day, fixed our issue, and even had some lemonade our daughter made. When they found out she had previously had a lemonade stand and donated the money to boys and girls clubs, they gave her a very generous donation to give to the club. Beyond amazing customer service!

When KVH&C missed our scheduled appointment time, we reached out via text and phone but got no response for hours. A friendly and professional technician did arrive almost 4 hours later and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. We appreciate him working a long day to assure our home is comfortable during this busy season. The company also reached out to us later this evening to apologize for the oversight and poor communication. We hope their planned efforts to improve their system are effective to keep customers informed throughout the process.

I use KVHC at a couple properties in Lawrence and Topeka. They are very friendly and always fast acting. Bradley has installed multiple units and had been very clean, precise and professional. I recommend then to everyone I know. Jody is amazing as well, scheduling and keeping us up today.

We needed a new furnace and air conditioner after learning our old one was dieing. I called around and got ahold of Kaw Valley. The owner answered the phone and he showed up when he said he would. He did not try to blow smoke. He didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. The quote came back quickly and he was able to fit my budget. Once we hired them, they got the work done within 2 weeks. The crew was polite and their behavior and language was kid friendly. They respected my home and my property. If you want a professional and trustworthy company to hire, I recommend giving this company an opportunity to work for you. You will not be disappointed.

We weren’t sure what we were gonna do when our furnace went out in December of 2021. I made a call to kaw valley on a Sunday and they brought out space heaters for us that day! Within 2 days we had a brand new furnace completely installed and has ran smooth for the past 15 months! Would definitely recommend them for any HVAC problems you’re having!

After reading these reviews every1 is always happy when you go from steamy friggin hot to AHHH my A/C works. The head technician who is a kind man seems to be knowledgeable, David Lemon has 0 knowledge about complicated repairs sure he'll upcharge double and make it run again but it could have been repaired rather than replaced $4,800.00 or $85.00 service call if you don't know how a valve works or a compressor maybe close the doors.. STOP STEALING FROM CITIZENS OF TOPEKA and go back to New York shyster clowns!! PLEASE NOTE** a previous review they state YOU NEED A SERVICE ADDRESS TO ANSWER QUESTIONS smh 🙄 yes compressor oil would be pushed through the compressor out the valve leak with the refrigerant this clown mustn't have his certificate for HVAC he just has $$ cuz he's stealing from the community. Dear David Lemon - If all refrigerant leaks out due to a HIGH pressure valve leak and core leak.. after many refills of service technicians would didn't fix the leak... would it not infact also leak compressor oil???

When our A/C went out in the middle of the hottest part of summer, we were very anxious to get it fixed. I found Kaw Valley Heating and Cooling on Google and we are so glad we did. They came out promptly to identify the issues. It turned out we needed a new condenser unit, and since our system was 20 years old, we elected to replace then furnace and A/C together. Dave came out and thoroughly explained our options. We chose a unit and they came out and installed it 2 days later. The installers were very courteous and professional and were intent on doing the job with a high level of craftsmanship. We're very pleased with the result. I highly recommend them.
