Raelene is the best. She scheduled us on the spot. Justin was fantastic at reinstalling a new water heater. Extremely professional, considerate of our home (clean/drop cloths used) knowledgeable etc. A positive from beginning to end.

Mike was excellent to work with. Explained our problems well with photos. Fixed our issues, cleaned up the area afterwards. And he’s a nice guy!

Our water heater was leaking in the basement and we were afraid it would explode any time. We called Blue Dot around 4:30pm before their office closed for the day. They said they would come over the next day and see what they could do to help us. My wife talked to Marla in the office the next morning. She was so helpful and compassionate when we explained that our daughter died 4 weeks ago. She noted it for the dispatch so they would be sure to contact us. William J came and explained what he planned to do and then installed a new water heater for us the same day! He worked quickly but very efficiently! It looks so much better than it did. Thank you for the personal care and professional way the job was completed! We are very pleased!

He showed up in less than 30 min from initial call. Able to show plumber concerned. He was under the house and looked - able to report no concerns - freed me to move ahead with bathroom remodel..

Brian and Hunter were very polite. They took great care not to damage or dirty the house during the water heater installation. Brian explained how the water heater worked before he left. They removed the old water heater and installed the new one all in one morning. I love Blue Dot and recommend it to family and friends.

Mike & Josh were the plumbing techs who kept me informed of the frozen burst pipe and let me know of options on the replacement of the copper line with peck also insulated away from cold draft area. They worked well as a team and finished repair and installation with better parts and offered info on my toilet which was cracked by a floor installer and gave me a reasonable replacement cost for the future. Also this company has no interest financing for 18 months helping me with the repair costs. They were very knowledgeable diagnosing potential problems and answered my many questions on how and when to deal with the next stage of my desire to improve my bathroom toilet placement.
addendum: I have had Blue Dot remodel my bathroom with Onyx paneling, new bathtub, fixtures for both my bathroom and kitchen sink. They use the highest quality parts and very skilled workers and are always of reasonable price. I highly recommend them. Dr. Darryl Luke Pokea, Psychologist for 36 years.

Arrived promptly and definitely thorough. Company could have communicated better about new programs ahead of time, but technicians were excellent.

Exceptional experience with Brandon the estimator. Clear and patient with his explanation of the product suggestion. Completely trust his suggestion.

Installation crew, Jared and Steve, were just as impressive. Polite, hardworking, and just pleasant the whole time. Felt comfortable giving them the run of the house and they left our home better than when they arrived. Excellent organization.

Annul Service Inspection. Always on time as scheduled, and pleasant to work with for maintenance and system replacements. I do suggest, however that the field technicians review the client's service history prior to their visit so they do not miss systems required to be inspected. This would make their visits more productive.
