I was contacted this afternoon when there was a cancelation. Blue Dot was able to get to me right away. Matthew R arrived in a timely manner and was extremely professional and thorough. We needed a capacitor replaced and was able to have the repair completed the same day.

Easy to work with. Nice guy. Professional. We had a small question about our newly installed heat pump. Natin came to our home and spent 3 hours examining everything and coming up with a solution. He returned a couple of days later and replaced a part. He also answered our many questions and took measures for making changes we were considering. He was unbelievably thorough. I would recommend Natin and Blue Dot to everyone.

Dan was on time and very helpful in getting our air conditioning fixed. He made some adjustments beyond the repair which made it better than it has been since it was installed four years ago.

Mike was very knowledgeable , very professional and very pleasant and easy to work with.

I love gardening, planting trees, shrubs and I'm an artist so I called Blue Dot for a solution to a lack of water sources for me on my acreage and shop. They came out after my quote and put in an underground waterline for the north and south sides of my home as well as installed two hydrants and plumbed water into my outside shop. I'm thrilled that it was done so professionally and timely. If I need them again in the future, I'll not hesitate to call!

Came home from vacation and couldn’t turn water back on. Called around and only Blue Dot would come out after hours. Jacob showed up within minutes and had our water up and running again. So thankful for this emergency service and Jacob was great. I will definitely use Blue Dot from now on.

William was great! Very sweet & patient with me while I was busy with my kiddos! He got all of the hair out of all 3 of my bathrooms lol! And fixed our kitchen sink!
