Blue Dot replaced my 1984 ugly acrylic tub and shower with a beautiful Americast tub and Onyx shower. Everyone I had contact with was kind, professional, invested in my happiness/satisfaction, and very responsive to the dozens of questions I asked. They protected my new carpet, cleaned up the area completely every day, and were always on time. I now have exactly the beautiful shower/bathtub I wanted, installed by local, skilled professionals. I could not ask for more.

Matt W did an awesome job fixing our outside water faucet a few days before Christmas with the extreme cold weather coming the next day. Blue Dot worked us in. While Matt was looking over the hot water tank and furnace area, checking the water pressure, he made some recommendations, and I asked him about our humidifier. He located the problem and I can now get it fixed. He had to cut through drywall in the basement bathroom to fix the faucet. He added an access panel for access to the faucet if there are problems in the future. Left the room clean when finished. Thank you Matt and Blue Dot!

Very professional in his work, didn’t rush but worked very steady all the time he was hear. I’m very happy and cool!!

Jerry did a great job and kept me informed of what he was doing. He was out to repair my HVAC after a lightning strike. Everything is back up and running.

Blue dot has been running maintenance on our hvac since we moved in 7 years ago and I have had no complaints. Replaced the whole system and even gave us a good deal. My family will continue to use their services.

My air conditioner was a difficult repair-the service tech stuck with it despite the difficulty. He was very pleasant & mannerly.

William did a great job! He was very professional. He was prompt and very efficient at his job. He was very tidy, cleaning up after himself. He explained what he was doing. Overall, it was a good experience. I will continue to use Blue Dot.

Furnace inspection. All went well, even with me watching the tech do it, which can make some people nervous. Quite helpful and patient with my questions. They installed this furnace about 2 years ago. No problems with it so far. :)

Couldn't be happier! Wesley was great with explaining the issue, fix, and timeframe. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the name of the gentleman with him, but 5 stars for him, too! Extra kudos for Wesley's patience and kindness to an incredibly curious 3 year old! Thanks again, Andrew.

Showed Paul the water problem in driveway. He was very knowledgeable and professional . Good
ideas on what to do. Excellent follow through and right on time.
