Everything about this experience was perfect. Zach showed up early, was very professional and courteous, explained what he was fixing, what to do in the future to make my system work better and last longer, and was very personable. 10/10 would recommend

Jacob was very personable and professional. He said he loves his job and is very proud of his company. I don’t hear good comments like that much anymore. If I call for service again I want Jacob to perform those services. Blue Dot, you are lucky to have him as an employee. Thank you Jacob.

Woke up to a flooded basement from a water line that came off from the whole house humidifier! That was installed about 3 weeks ago, turns out it was a defective part. I can't complain about the techs, Chris figured out the problem and corrected it. But I am out all the time to clean up the water and dry out carpets plus I am not sure that a section of Sheetrock might have to be replaced!! I understand if was unforeseen circumstances that no one could have predicted, but it's still very frustrating to say the least!

My grandmother's furnace wouldn't turn on over the weekend. We called Blue Dot and the technician came out within two hours. He had the replacement part that was needed and had it back up and running super fast. Thanks for the awesome service, Daniel!

Very good definitely would use again! Saved me so much money based on him taking his time to figure out why my ac was not working! He was definitely a family man and it shows!! Chad you are awesome and blue dot should be very happy to have you as a worker!

Had 2 Blue Dot techs complete installs and repairs to wiring, thermostats, duct work, and electrical repairs. Was very impressed with the knowledge, professionalism, and customer service these two men provided. I will be using Blue Dot services for a long time to come.

Hi. The Jayhawk Theatre ordered a new 5 ton American Standard Heat Pump and it was installed within two days. The guys had to remove the existing unit 15’ above the alley and replace it. To add the the challenge, it was pouring rain during some of the installation and I heard no complaints. Great job team Blue Dot!

Very pleased with the service I received from Keith Payne today. Very pleasant and explained the new plans very well. Would love to have him next time.

Blue Dot really helped us out in an emergency situation! They were so friendly, helpful and understanding. They did such a great job and were just so easy to work with! We been using Blue Dot for 20+ years. Their technicians have always been very professional and trusting. They replaced our AC/furnace and water heater on different occasions. The original AC they installed had some malfunctions (It worked but was loud) and they were very quick to get the manufacturer out there to approve a replacement.
