Scheduling an appointment over the phone was a smooth process, and I was grateful with how soon they were able to fit me in their schedule. My technician, Daniel, was very professional and friendly; he arrived promptly, and completed the work quickly. I appreciated him taking the time to explain the issue and resolution as he worked, and educating me on what I can do to avoid encountering the issue in the future. I hope I won’t need HVAC service again any time soon, but I know when/if I do this company will be who I call!

We had a problem with our older AC system. After thorough analysis. We had them replace our AC, Furnace and hot water heater. The guys were knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job.

We’ve been using Air Unlimited for over 7 years. They installed our AC and water heater. They are always so friendly and knowledgeable. We loved having Sal and Daniel around when we are clueless about our issues. They’ve made every install and every service call “fun”. The flexible schedule and the quick availability they had was definitely appreciated in hot weather or when we had no hot water in December. Thanks guys!!

Highly recommend Air Unlimited. They are very nice group of professionals. They are honest, easy to work with, responsive, and I feel like the have my best interest in mind. They will not upsell or over charge you. They explained my options fully and didn't pressure me to replace my air conditioner. They let me know I could wait some more before replacing and what I could do to get more life out if my system. I've actually used them several times over the years and they are consistently reliable and professional.

Our AC died on a Tuesday. Wednesday Sal, the owner of this business, came to our home after business hours and personally quoted us several options. We decided on one and his team was at our house promptly at 8:00am Thursday morning. They did a spectacular job, were professional, and left a clean work area. My house is cool again and i got an awesome restaurant recommendation from Sal while he ordered our system. These guys have a customer for life.

Air Unlimited installed new AC and furnace in my home. Excellent installation and very reasonable price. Outstanding followup with routine maintenance. Sal and team are very quick to respond to any issue. Very Highly recommend.

Our air conditioner has a slow leak and the house was almost 90 degrees when we arrived home. I called and scheduled an appointment for the next morning! Daniel came out on time and so knowledgeable. He was so friendly and quick! Will for sure call them again!

From the first quote to the final walkthrough, the team did a great job of informing us what was needed, cost, and what the replacement entailed. I am very pleased with how professional everyone was. In addition, they also installed a water heater, so everything is brand new! We would recommend them to anyone in the KC area.
