This was my first time using Mike Bryant Heating and Cooling and I was very impressed! The Techs were great especially Eric W. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. It did take us several times to figure out the heat pump problem as it was not a normal issue. Each time he went above and beyond including delivering and installing parts when his schedule was already packed. He solved the problem and everything works great now! I appreciate the high level of service I received from Eric W and Mike W. Mike Bryant Heating and Cooling is a reasonable and fair company and actually does what they say they will! I highly recommend them to anyone.

We had an issue with our blower motor and Carl got Josh (I think that was his name) AND Mike to come out and take care of it asap. Not only did he replace the part, but he also checked everything else and helped with some popping noises when that wasn't even what he was sent out for. Every time we needed something, Carl has taken care of us. Super impressed with everyone at Mike Bryant!

Our furnace stopped functioning and required replacement during frigid, negative temperatures. No company in the area could provide installation of a new furnace quickly to provide relief of such low temps inside our home, leaving us cold and worried over freezing pipes after not having heat all night. We called Mike Bryant and Terry and his crew were at our house within twenty minutes to assess our furnace and provide a plan for same day installation. We have never experienced such incredible customer service as we have with this company. Highly recommend for any HVAC needs-they went above and beyond.

Excellent service all around. It's hard to find good quality service like this anymore. Mike Bryant H&C did not disappoint! Their team has been incredible to work with. Terry provided exceptional customer service from the get-go and was a breath of fresh air to work with. We have had no issues with our system since the new install! Thank you for your service!

Our furnace went out so I called them since we had had good luck in the past. The guy came out and quoted me one number for the blower motor and blower and then went to his car and came back and said the price was double what he had quoted me because of "shipping costs due to COVID". That didn't even include labor. Then he went on to say he would just get a new furnace. I ended up calling someone else and he came out and replaced the parts and serviced all our HVAC systems for half the price, the same day. Very disappointed that they would use the excuse "shipping costs due to COVID" to try and charge WAY more than they needed to.

I called Bryant because my heating system was not warming my home properly. I called on Monday and had a service tech out on Tuesday morning! Jesse came out, checked out the system and found out the issue, and provided the recommendation on what needs to be done. The system is now working properly! I was afraid I'd need a new system, but nope not at this time as it is working properly after Jesse diagnosed the issue. All is working well and I am very happy with the service provided. I would recommend Mike Bryant Heating & Cooling Inc.!

Our AC went out and they sent a tech out the same day. We needed to have our coil replaced and they took care of everything. They confirmed the warranty, kept us cool while waiting for the part, installed in timely manner, and even fixed our compressor. Every interaction by phone or in person was outstanding. Highly recommend!

Fantastic!! Came out on Father's Day and had us up and running again in an hour. Accommodated my schedule that day as a loved one was in the hospital as well! They are the best! Wouldn't have anyone else out ever!! They had previously worked on a couple of rentals for me as well and did a great job on those. Super company to do business with for sure 👍
