Our AC went out on one of the hottest days of the year! Called Mike Bryant and they came out for an estimate that day and were able to replace the ac the very next day and for much cheaper than 3 other companies that gave us an estimate. Highly recommend!

Our new home experienced a failure of our Nest thermostat. This resulted in our system running on its own with us unable to regulate the temperature or the mode. This is a 6 month old home. The soonest appointment I could get was 5 days. I am writing this review in my 80 degree home. As this was a warranty issue calling anther HVAC contractor was not an option. I would avoid this company if at all possible.

It was a wonderful experience. Carl was really informative and steered us to a total system that was economical and met our every need. Did not try and sell us a system overrated or overpriced for our demands. Great company to work with. Highly recommend them!!!!

The 10 yr old Goodman unit was loud and inefficient with some problem areas throughout my house. The guy that came out was very knowledgeable, and recommended a Lennox system which qualified me for some great rebates (KCP&L, Spire, and Lennox). The final installation is very clean and the crew was very respectful of my home. Looking forward to working with them in the future!

Our air conditioner went out on a weekend. Doesn't that figure? We calleed and left a message at the office of Mike Bryant Heating and Cooling. One of the service men called us back quickly. As soon as he finished his other call he came right over and fixed the probolem. He was so nice and told us to never hesitate to call if we ever have any more problems. I call that good service!

You have 3 drivers that need to learn how to drive and be professional. This morning 11Dec20 around 0530, on 435 west bound between Holmes Rd and Metcalf, 3 different trucks with your logo sped up on my as I was passing in another lane. This was not in a contagion either, these 3 trucks were spaced at least a mile apart from each other. I don't appreciate the fact that as I'm trying to legally pass your trucks, I look down and I'm doing 10MPH more than what I was just to get around them. Highly unprofessional. If they drive like that, why would I ever want to do business with this company in the future? It seems from previous reviews, your drivers have a history of issues. Perhaps the MO and KS Highway Patrol need to be contacted???

I have a new construction home that will not heat nor cool properly due to the lack of proper installation of my two HVAC units. There has been a total of 6 service calls in the last 2 months and the system still stays on and never shuts off. The installers have blamed the electrician, each other, and finally the Nest Thermostats. It seems it’s easier to blame everything and everyone instead of fixing the problem. We had an electrician rerun the wires just to rule out this reason and it turns out it wasn’t the problem. I’d like to understand why a tech would come out on a repair call and leave the system in the exact same condition it was in before the service call. The system is still on and we can’t shut it off without killing power to the unit at the breaker panel in th basement. This means I’m a human thermostat...I have to physically go down and turn off the breaker if the house gets too hot, and then turn it on it on when gets too cold. Wow, I can’t even tell you how frustrating it is.

Oh by the way, I was told my dryer was installed incorrectly because it was overheating, when it wasn’t the dryer at all. It was the dryer duct inside the wall that was blocked. Good thing I didn’t listen to the garbage I was told by the tech. Good thing I was aware enough to mention it was probably a blockage inside the wall. I guess I should quit my day job. It sounds like good installers are in short supply.

Unfortunately, I’m probably going to have to call another company on a warranty call to finally repair the system correctly.

I’ve received zero apologies and assurances from this company after all of the service calls. You would think people would be professional enough to offer at least an apology, but they probably don’t want to admit to anything. It’s much easier to blame and guess the issue, instead of finding a solution.

Mike Bryant Heating & Cooling has provided in-home service for me in the past (help with a whole house humidifier and my air conditioning unit) but my review today is based on a call that didn't actually result in them making a sale.

I was having trouble with my furnace recognizing when to light the burners. When I explained the problem to them, they could have insisted on coming out for a service call and making a quick, easy sale. Instead, they asked "are you handy?" and talked me through a quick fix of the problem I could do myself.

I realize they don't offer "free phone help" and that this review may not reflect standard practice, but because mine was a simple fix, I feel like they did right by me. They will therefore be the first provider I call when I have more serious problems in the future.

    Thank you guys!

Cannot say enough good things about Mike Bryant. Everyone we encountered at Mike Bryant was great! Very honest, hard working and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.

Called at 8:00 am for a furnace that wouldn't stay lit and received a 12:00 to 2:00 appointment slot. The repair man was very friendly and prompt, arriving at 12:15 and was finished with the work by 1:00. Would use this company again.
