Today I called Mike Bryant Heating and A/C, to ask about a re-check on my fall maintenance plan, done on Oct 10 ( 4 days ago) Makayla quickly scheduled a technician (Lonnie) to come out today between 12and 2pm. Lonnie called and said he could be here in 30 min. It wasn't an emergency but his promptness was appreciated. Lonnie was very professional and courteous, he thoroughly checked my heating system and I"m now confident my system is A OK ! Thanks Lonnie and Mike Bryant Heating and Cooling. LCG

I'm not a huge review writer and should do a better job at that. Had an emergent cooling system malfunction this week, and in this heat was concerned about family and pets with the continued heat. An after-hours call was required and was so incredibly pleased JD was on call and willing to take his last call to help us out. JD was kind, understanding, and communicative. I received a prompt call back from him on an already busy call night. He kept me informed of his ETA, and on arrival was a pleasure to work with. His professionalism, prompt diagnosis and completion of the repair allowed us to feel safe and comfortable. JD is a star employee and I plan to request him for my future PM needs on my HVAC system. We had Mike Bryant Heating & Cooling come out to repair our heating & cooling unit. Nathan not only fixed the unit quickly but also charged less than the original agreed estimate. He concluded that a part was not needed which saved us money. Unfortunately, I think some companies would have just charged the full amount. We will be using them as our Heating & Cooling company from now on. It's good to know we have a trustworthy company to use!

Not all hero's wear capes. On Father's Day my family and I were traveling back from the lake when we noticed that the AC unit had not been cooling for the last 24 hours. On our way in we called multiple HVAC companies, who either had no availability or were not responsive. I finally asked my wife to check Bryant (they installed and serviced our AC/Furnace at our old house). We received a quick call back and worked with JD. We still had an hour to the house when he called back. He worked with us to meet shortly after we arrived. The level of service we received, as we juggled 3 hot, tired and hungry littles was top notch. I have a new appreciation for Bryant Heating & Cooling, and the staff. JD - you're a stud, thank you for working with us on Fathers Day. I hope you were able to celebrate at some point. I had previously been wondering who to use for service and maintenance at the new house, now I have no doubt. Bryant H&C has delivered time and again. My family and I appreciate you very much. TW

Our Furnace went out when the highest temperatures were 10 degrees. Mike Bryant Heating and Cooling came to our rescue and had our new Furnace installed within 24 hours. We appreciate the outstanding customer service and product! We will be using them for all our HVAC needs in the future.
