Technician arrived within 1 hour of after hours call and diagnosed the issue quickly. Unfortunately our AC couldn’t be repaired same day but we were told they would be back at 8am the following morning. All technicians were prompt and got our AC back up and running within an hour and a half! Will definitely use their services in the future!

Zach showed up on time and was very friendly. Helped answer all of my questions and didn't feel like I was getting ripped off like some of the other "bigger" companies. Thank you!

Daniel installed a new furnace and air conditioner in our home. His price was competitive. We selected this company based upon our interaction with Daniel; prompt to appointment we had set up, very responsive to our questions, no pressure to purchase and excellent customer service. Installation area was left spotless. Very nice guy to do business with.

I purchased a Groupon for HVAC maintenance. When I called to schedule, the receptionist was very helpful and was able to schedule me quickly and during a time that was convenient. The technician called ahead and was prompt on arrival. He had all the proper protective equipment and was very respectful of our home. He asked a few questions before beginning the maintenance. He saw a few things that were simple fixes and went ahead and made small repairs to my unit that weren’t part of the Groupon. I was very happy with his explanation and assistance. The entire visit took less than 45 minutes and I received a detailed invoice following the appointment. I cannot comment on the company‘s ability to repair or replace items, but for maintenance, I can highly recommend.

Someone on Facebook recommended Energy Experts and I'm glad they did! I called them around 9:00 am, Daniel was here by 10:30 am! Daniel was very professional, wore his mask and fixed a small issue with our furnace. That fix was also included in the diagnostic fee so no extra $$ was needed, which was great! Our heat is back on and I'm so grateful. Would definitely recommend this company and Daniel in the future and plan to use them for all of our HVAC needs!!

They had a great deal on a furnace tune up with very good reviews, my furnace was/is working but I was nervous since it's 20 years old. Daniel showed up on time and was very thorough, I could tell that he takes pride in his work. It did turn out that I had 1 furnace part and 1 A/C part that were near the end of their life, he didn't pressure me, he had the parts on his truck, so I had him change them out. I would highly recommend them.

Daniel was very respectful of my time and efficient with his own. I was scheduled for a furnace tune-up at 9:30am, but because we had the first freeze of the season, he had a few calls from customers without heat. He called to see if it was OK for him to arrive a little later than planned and I appreciated the call very much This was an excellent value for a furnace tune-up, too. He completed it in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience with Energy Experts!
Our furnace had a minor gas leak, and we needed it quickly repaired. I made a few phone calls to other HVAC companies in the Olathe area, and no one was available to come out within 48 hours (one company said their first availible appointment wasn't for over 2 weeks!).
I made a phone call to Energy Experts around 11:45am, and the man I spoke with said they could have someone stop by the next afternoon. An hour later, he called back, stating one of his employees had finished a repair early, and was now availible if I was home.
Zach, the repairman, was punctual, professional, and efficient. He had to run out to get a part for the repair, and all in all was finished in a little over an hour. Pricing was fair and reasonable, and I really appreciated that they came out ASAP on such short notice.
We will definitely be using Energy Experts again!

Daniel is genuinely great to do business with. He did quick and efficient work on a furnace repair. Ultimately I needed a new furnace, though. I really appreciated the low and transparent pricing; he didn't try to pressure or haggle at all. Just offered a great price. Would love to do business again with him. He's a great guy.
