Great service. Explained how to do seasonal damper change and helped to mark clearly the directions where the damper screw should be pointing.

About a week ago furnace quit working. Zach arrived in less than an hour from time I called. Got furnace up and running in very little time. He pointed out that the furnace was very old and on it's last leg. He explained why. He did not make a pressure sale which I appreciated. Just gave me the facts. Because of that and that this was the 2nd time I had called Energy Experts (both times excellent and quick service) I asked them to give me a proposal to install new furnace and AC unit. The proposal was very fair and they scheduled the work right away. They were very professional, clean, and did a great job. If I have another need, they will get my call.

Energy experts explain in detail what they are doing and why. Zach is always a pleasure to deal with. He let me know a few things to look out for in the future since our unit is 21 years old. He is always friendly and helpful.

I don't like leaving bad reviews but we booked a diagnostic online and they called us and told us $49 for a quote on a diagnostic. They showed up and said they needed an additional $90 for a leak check. No one else does that and it definitely took advantage of us since they had already come out and we couldn't back out on the 49. Then the estimate was double the price of any other service we had come out. Some things to consider for future business.

Energy Experts have always been professional, timely, and affordable with the number of services they’ve completed for me. I have them do routine heating/AC tuneups and a couple years ago they replaced my furnace. My go-to company for all heating and cooling needs!

Highly recommend these guys. They are extremely thorough in their work, competitively priced and respectful. Will be using them again when the opportunity presents itself.

I cannot say enough great things about Energy Experts. We got a new furnace and AC unit installed at the best price in town. David was timely and explained everything in detail. Even came back to install new thermostats for us!

This is the 2nd time I've utilized these guys at a time during probably heightened workloads for them. Both times they've been able to come out to my home in Louisburg KS and were quick, thorough, clean, polite, and addressed everything for a very reasonable price. When it comes time for other tune-up's or installs they'll be getting my service for sure!
