Awesome! Hot water heater stopped working and they made an appointment but actually came out before the scheduled time when time became available. Found the problem immediately and it was the simplest solution. No heavy sales pitch and very straight forward solution. Explained everything in detail and gave practical information. Thank you.

Zach and the guys installing our new furnaces and AC units did a great job. They came when they said they would, were very professional and courteous. We hardly even knew they were here and they left our mechanical room even cleaner than it was before they came. We got bids from other companies but Energy Experts was not only the best price but also offered us superior products. We're very happy with our decision and would use them again.

Our Lennox HVAC (1.5 yrs old) has been acting up and the company that originally installed it didn't have any technician availability. Energy Experts had an appointment on short notice; booking online was quick & easy; and the technician (Daniel) showed up just a short while later. Daniel was friendly, seemed knowledgeable & was able to diagnose the issue quickly. However, our system is under warranty & EE is not a preferred dealer for Lennox. Daniel notified me they could do the work but that Lennox has not cooperated well with outside vendors since the supply chain disruptions and it would cost far more than having it done by a preferred Lennox dealer under a warranty claim. He recommended a couple of other local companies and didn't even charge the service call fee because he didn't think we should have to pay it twice! Amazing customer service. I would highly recommend giving them a try and will be using them in the future for any routine maintenance or replacement needs.

This is excellent family owned business. They were down to earth. Shoot you straight and was ready to install the next day when my air conditioning went out. A Big thanks to the whole Family. His boys were outstanding. Ill always use them and refer anyone to them. I was over impressed and satisfied. Im cool now and comfortable!!

Called Daniel last minute before deciding on a company to install AC & Furnace. I had seen that he was affordable and did good work.

Daniel was prompt with getting back the next morning. He was even able to come out same day to quote an install. He didn’t beat around the bush. He simply asked what I was looking for and gave me a quote.
