PD Plumbing Heating & Cooling

Chase was punctual, professional and the work i had him do seemed fairly priced. I will definitely keep them in mind whenever I have plumbing work that needs taken care of.

They installed a new ac and heating system for us and were professional and quick. On a hot day they made sure our ac was working as quickly as possible.

$85 to winterize irrigation. Going price is $65 elsewhere. Didn't even bother to diagnose system leak as requested. Quoted $65 and charged $85.

Wow! Such vitriol. Never said I was mad. I was disappointed. Your guys came to the house and they had no idea about my leak even though I gave your office clerk a detailed description, in addition to the guys that were here the week before to fix another issue. Somehow after talking to your company twice this wasn't communicated to the crew. I was told you had an "expert irrigation guy" who "would figure it all out". The guys that came were not experts. They couldn't figure out why the valve to the irrigation systems was turned off. DUH!!! It was turned off because there was a LEAK!! I told them this on the phone and it was still a mystery to them.

After asking them to find the leak, all they did was blow the system out. They totally ignored my request. When I called and talked to your owner he says "the leak is underground somewhere". Not surprising because the whole system is underground.

Moreover, I NEVER asked for an estimate on the well. I mentioned that the irrigation system used to be on the well, but the former owners switched to city water. I said, find the leak and we'll talk about the well in the spring. Your attitude about this estimate is unfounded. It was NOT requested and done on your staff's initiative, and not mine. They mentioned nothing of a $79 estimate charge. You should speak with your crew about that.

BTW I had 8 plumbing companies come out for estimates on a sump job. Not one of them charged me for an estimate.

In summary, PD Plumbing ignores customer requests, overcharges for basic services, charges for estimates when others do them for free and do estimates that weren't asked for, then complain. You charge more than other companies and you can't handle criticism. Should have given one star. But I didn't because your first job was great. Irrigation, not so much.

Your guys did a great job on my tub, but you dropped the ball on the irrigation. That's it. If you had done what your customer asked for then the rating would be better. Yes you gave $20 in refund. Thanks, but your other accusations are false. BTW I returned a tray of expensive brass fittings your guys left here. If I'm such a bad guy would I have done that?

Britt and Nathan came out to my home and did some incredible work. They helped me fix my issue and determine the cause of the problem. They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and took time to explain what they were doing. I highly recommend if you’re in need of some plumbing work done.

Excellent friendly service. Explained everything that was happening and why. I have had PD complete multiple installs and service calls, both plumbing and hvac, and never had a reason to doubt their expertise or their work. They are hands down the best.

I just used PD plumbing for some necessary repairs, and was thoroughly impressed by the job done. It ended up being rather complicated (doesn't it always seem to be that way?) and Nathan made sure I understood everything that was involved. The work was done to my satisfaction and took much less time than I expected. What's more, other companies have overcharged me for a similar extent of work done.

On time, courteous, respectful of my home and property, diligent and skilled in the work, and reasonably priced! What more can you ask?

I will never call any other plumber; PD plumbing is my only source from now on. Don't hesitate to contact them for your plumbing needs. Marjie

I was having an issue with my water heater leaking and they sent Mike over to look at it. He was GREAT! Very nice and really knew what he was doing and was experienced at his job. He was also very honest and helpful. If I ever need any more plumbing work done, I will definitely call and ask for him. I'm sure everyone who works there is great, but I really trust Mike's work.

Awesome service. Professional, fast and friendly. Chris & Hunter installed our new propane heaters and water heater. We live in country and had problems getting help to come to the house. Very pleased with their work & would recommend them.
