Had them come out to look at my AC thinking it wasn’t working because I was told by someone else that if something was wrong with the furnace you couldn’t use the ac either so thinking that I just called pd out. Hunter was very kind to explain everything to me and what he was doing and told me pretty much everything was working I felt like a dummy but it’s always better to be safe then sorry!!! Price was reasonable as well and didn’t have to spend an arm and a leg like I had to do with other companies! I will be definitely using them in the future if I need something else worked on! Thank you so much! My house is nice and cool now!!! :)

Our property manager had them come out to unclog a sewer pipe on our rental. Their auger bit on the snake was broken. They tried for 2 hours and said the pipe needed replaced. They quoted 14000$!!! We just had another one replaced for 3800.00 by a different company. A different company came out and cleared the pipe (with a working auger) and quoted 2-2500.00 to replace the pipe if we need it in the future. PD sent us a bill for 300.00. For doing nothing with a broken tool!

Was your tool broken that your plumber was using? And my umber is not a "cheap" plumber. It is a longstanding reputable company in Augusta we have used for years. Your price quoted was almost 7 TIMES his price!!! You don't think that's excessive?

They were very timely and very friendly with their response the secretary was very helpful however they charged me for an estimate almost a hundred bucks and their bid was Triple that of anybody else. Talk about a money-hungry business so I won't be doing business with PDs Plumbing no time soon.

Updated: I paid $89 for an inspection, $345 for dishwasher install. From initial call to inspection to actual installation was about 10 days. There was a plumbing issue with the supply line to the dishwasher (supplied off of the cold line, not the hot). I also needed a new outlet (the old dishwasher was wired directly to the electrical). PD Plumbing wasn't able to do the electrical, and the cold water supply was missed initially. I was given a partial refund and they offered to fix the plumbing for free (again, not their fault; this was from when the home was built). Home Depot was originally supposed to install for $185, but refused due to plumbing connections (note: I've had 4 plumbers from two companies look over the connections, and the only issue was the hot/cold. Not the connections). I initially rated PD Plumbing 1/5 stars for incomplete installation and cost, but changed to 3/5. When I called to report the issues, I was given a partial refund and they offered to fix the plumbing for free. Everyone I spoke to was professional and understanding. I did not take them up on their offer to fix the hot/cold line issue and instead went with a different plumber. The other company came out in two days from my call and had the repair complete.

Fantastic plumbers. However, they tracked dirt and mud throughout the house. Just had carpet cleaned last week. Need to us shoe covers.

PD Plumbing is my go to for plumbing repairs. They are very responsive, do excellent work, along with fair and excellent pricing. I have never had a substandard experience with them. Just had to have a lift pump replaced in the basement. Nathan did an outstanding job! Very professional and quickly fixed the problem all within a day. I would never go anywhere else to have my plumbing serviced. A great company!

This company was amazing! The office people were friendly and the service was spectacular!

They guys did a great job replacing pipes for my toilet and they discovered a crack in my old one they showed it to me before he pulled it up(he did warn me it might break off) it did break off but it was not the plumbers fault. I found it very professional that he told me about it before pulling it up and letting me watch . I would definitely recommend this company for both plumbing and heating and cooling.
